    I paid for services not render. My hair was ultimately ruined not once but twice. I informed beautician Mariluz M****** and the owner (whom was present the second time) about my dissatisfaction. The owner ( "Miriam") never returned my call to provided a resolution. I asked for half of my money back because I do not believe they possess the skills needed and because my hair was cut so short they could not remedy the horrible cut without having me go practically bald. The color was not what I showed the beautician nor what we selected on from the palette. She had me walk out with a blow out when I wanted to have my curly hair shaped. No resolution has been provided as of today.
