I placed an order on 3/31/23 for $217.61. I understood that the order could take up to 6 months to receive. We are almost at the 8 month point and I have received no update. I tried emailing and have not received a response even though their website says they will get back to you in 72 hours. At this point I would like my money back.Business Response

My fianc purchased a box for me for the 2nd Christmas in a row (since I loved my first one so much) back in October 2022. It has now been over a year since we ordered it and have never received it. Order # ******. We have both been emailing the company and have been told that due to ordering a box the previous year that it was taking longer to put this years box together as to not duplicate items received in the last box. We were told to await an email that states it was shipped. The last correspondence received from this company was August 2023 stating it would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. It has never arrived. The company has stopped returning emails. I have tried calling several times now as well and have to leave a message since no one is answering the phone. I have never received a call back. I have taken every step to attempt to work this out with the company directly but I am now being ignored. I have been very patient and understanding (with anticipated hopes of getting another amazing box) but sadly this has not happened. I emailed requesting a refund at this point and no longer have good faith in this company. I would just like answers and a resolution.Business Response

Ordered a Nurse Box 10/14/22, it has been over 10 months and my item hasn't shipped. Their website claims orders can take "up to" 6 months, but at 10 months we've exceeded that timeline. My clothing size has changed dramatically in the last 10 months-- my items likely won't even fit me. Purchase was a waste of money, this business does not deliver on it's promises.Business Response

Our Nurse Mystery Boxes take a bit of time to create. The more Mystery Boxes a customer has ordered in the past, the longer the new ones take to create. It is very difficult to rush the production process because of the types of items that we are creating. Each item inside each box is personalized and hand crafted. Each new box contains items that have never been created for that particular Nurse. Most items that we end up including inside a curated Mystery Box are made from scratch, which in itself is a very time consuming process. We do our absolute best to be as upfront as possible regarding the production times for our Mystery Boxes. Unfortunately, this order was canceled and fully refunded at the customer's request.

I placed an order over a week ago. This company immediately took my money out of my account and I never received a confirmation email. I am a nurse and I have stage 4 breast cancer and am currently unemployed. I ordered a shirt on a limited income to make myself feel a little better only to be disappointed by a company that is suppose to be there for nurses. I would like my money back. I called the only phone number that I could find and sent several emails with no response. When nurses are compassionate to people and serve people then to be treated this way, is really discouraging.Business Response

This order has been canceled and fully refunded. At the time the order was placed, the customer had provided an email address that had the last "m" missing form the ".com" in her email address. For this reason, her order confirmation email was not received. As soon as her email request to have the order canceled was received, we went ahead and canceled the order and issued a full refund. I ordered the platinum box 10/15/3023 and paid over $300. I have yet to receive it. I have emailed 3 times and keep being told it will ship soon. It has been over 8 months. It is ridiculous. They only sell a limited amount so no reason it should take this long. If it does, maybe they need to sell fewer and take care of the existing orders first.Business Response

Purchased the customized Nurse Deals box as a Christmas gift on 12/22/22 for $217.61 on my ***** ******** credit card. The box was supposed to take up to 20 weeks to send. I emailed them at the end of May 2023 to find out when the box would be delivered and they responded saying they'd get back to me. I placed an order 8/15/22 and still have not received my order. I have emailed multiple times and finally received a response in May 2023. I would like my product to be delivered, a 25% refund, and for the wording on the website to be corrected as to how long a delivery will take. My last correspondence with Nurses Deal on June 15 was that my box was in final preparation again and would be sent out soon. It's been 6 weeks since than and still no box or correspondence. I am trying to be patient but and am becoming tired of "it will be sent out soon" and still waiting.
