I took my car here for a simple oil change on Saturday November 12 my inspection is this month. I came in with nothing wrong with my vehicle. The guy even told me There nothing wrong with my car The guy did the oil change and the only thing he told me about is the tiny crack in my front wind shield and he said I need 2 front new tires but I just put them new. but anyways he completed the oil change I paid and left after that I drove to work did shopping and my car started smoking. I check the hood and these people never put the oil cap on or didn’t tighten it enough and there was oil all over my engine and now my car wouldn’t start . I called and explained what happened and the guy the guy said he couldn’t get me a tow so I now had to pay for a tow for there mistake I finally was able to get the car to him and they cleaned up the oil and fill it back up and got it to start mind you they didn’t even tell me what work they did only that the car was done. and it was good to go. Now next day my engine light is on so I called him tell him that it was on and I needed him to look at it but he would charge me. because he says that has nothing to do with the oil getting everywhere. before he even knows why it on for sure so now I can get my inspection and he tried to lie to me saying I had problems with my starter before the oil change when that not true I’m just a young girl I have bills and stuff I have to pay like everyone else and the fact that now I have to try and figure out whatever else got messed up in the car from his job is crazy when he should be the one paying and taking care of the job he messed up . I try not to go to any mechanic shop alone because they try to take advantage but I know what I’m talking about I’m looking for someone to help me resolve this issues I sure this happenes to a lot of people but they don’t know who to contact so they let it go. but I can’t afford to pay out of my pocket for someone else’s mistake I will provide photos of everything.

My tire blew last week. 01/4/22. I went to Allentown tire LLC to get a used tire. It was dark and raining the tire i was shown seemed decent enough. I drove down the road and on the highway ramp I almost crashed because my car jerked to the right. I thought it's wet maybe i hit oil or something. I proceeded down the highway at 55 mph, my car was swerving all over the road. I thought i was gonna crash. I had to slow down to 30 mph until I can get off the highway. I called my mechanic of 40 years. I explained what was going on. He said my tire was bad. The next day I brought it for him to see He confirmed the tire was bald and badly worn and the sidewall had a slice hanging off. To be clear the mechanic is a friend he wasn't selling me anything. I got the car home parked it and went out of town (in my sister's car). I returned last night. I drove my car 3 miles to a different tire shop, got a new tire then back to the Allentown shop, explained how they gave me a bad tire etc. The guy came out and looked at it and said we would never sell a tire like that. When I pointed out who changed it, when ,and where he checked with the guy. When he knew I wasnt lying he made up all kinds of lies like I need an alignment or there must've been to much air in the tire. I replied your guy put the air in not me. And explained I don't need an alignment. It was perfectly fine before I got your tire and it's fine now that i got a good tire . He replied with you need an alignment you just can't tell because you have a new tire on. Then he said come feel this tire feel how its smooth one way but not the other. Then I thought to myself if the tire is feeling the wrong way it's because they sold me a bad tire. Only proving my point. He refused to give a refund or a new tire. Please Read all the reviews like I should've first. Apparently they have sold alot of bad tires which is dangerous, even fatal. If someone dies due to their negligence and knowingly selling bad tires they
