BUYER BEWARE. If your child’s school schedules a class trip through this HORRID COMPANY, don’t even pack their bags! This is the WORSE AND I MEAN WORSE AGENCY EVER! My child was suppose to have an AMAZING class trip only to have it turn into a NIGHTMARE thanks to the incompetency of this PATHETIC COMPANY AND ITS OWNER, ROB! In a nutshell, stranded on the first day of the trip for 12 hours at the airport, upon arriving to their destination (FINALLY), lost half day of fun, advised by school, WCV has extended the stay for an extra day at N/C. Come to find out the reason the extra day was added was due to the STUPIDITY OF WCV booking the original flight home on an ALREADY BOOKED FLIGHT!! Being excited, I thought at least their making up for it. Boy was I wrong! The extra day added was for the kids to get up and leave the resort early in the am to catch their flight home! The flight home took them to an airport almost 2 hours away from home! WCV provided coach buses to finally get our kids home. I contacted the owner numerous times and requested a partial refund of my almost $1500.00 spent. He declined. I requested a breakdown of what I paid for, he advised me this was CONFIDENTIAL!! Are you kidding me? To this day, I still have yet to know what I paid for. The owner also stated that I was the only one complaining to him. In reality, numerous friends of mine reached out to him to no avail! All this company cares about is getting each child’s money without ensuring a secure itinerary. It’s not worth the aggravation of sending your child on a trip with this FRAUDULENT company. You will get nowhere with them

My child recently went on a class trip with her high school to Orlando, and to say the least, ran into problem after problem. First flight was delayed for 12 hours and they were stuck in the airport for 12 hours! They arrived to their destination the following morning and all plans had to be rearranged causing almost an entire day of this trip lost! Due to the discrepancy of the first arrival day being delayed, an extra day was added to their stay. The trip was scheduled for 5 days and had to be cut short due to WCV booking the return flight on an already BOOKED flight! Therefore, having my child leave early in the morning; the day of their departure versus leaving at night. I paid for round trip airfare, hotel stay, as well as 4 day admissions to all parks. We then were informed a credit would be refunded to us as well as a flight voucher. After SEVERAL contacts with the owner, I requested that a larger refund be made to me since the flight voucher would not be used due to personal health issues. He denied me FLAT OUT. When I requested a breakdown of what I paid for, he denied my request stating it’s CONFIDENTIAL!! Being the one that paid for this trip, I have EVERY RIGHT TO KNOW the breakdown. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, DISORGANIZED COMPANY that I’ve ever dealt with! Any normal businessman, would accept liability and handle the problem head on....not this one! I’m more than disgusted
