  Transaction date: 11/24/24 Transaction Amount: $69 + $6.99 shipping = $75.99 60 day trial for full refund less shipping = $69 Dispute is over 60 days trial refund amount. They now claim 1st bottle only which isn't stated on their website anywhere. Their promo was buy "1 get 2 free", so first bottle only would be $69. They paid "average price" of $23 for one bottle and $23 for returning one unopened bottle for a total of $46. I then emailed them that their ad states "60 days (2 bottles) will be covered". No response from them since. I'm seeking $23 credit from Revelation Health back to my credit card. The promo ad was listed online on 11/24/24.

  In December 2022, I purchased a special offer of Zinc7 from Revelation Health (True Cellular Formulas). This order was supposed to be "BUY 2 GET 4 FREE". I clicked on the Canadian link for payment and was quoted $38.00 for 2 bottles (4 for free). It did not change to the Canadian price. That price in American WOULD COME TO APPROXIMATELY $101.73 PLUS SHIPPING AND the customs amount of GST of 5%. I was charged $226.99 Canadian. There is NO way this is accurate. They did not even send me a completed billing summary. I have twice contacted them to resolve this matter.

  The customer may have been confused on this offer.  It was buy two, get 4 bottles for free,  6 total.  Single bottle purchases are $69.00 each, 2 bottle = $138.00, and she received 4 additional bottles free.  Our site indicates that we are a US based company and our offers are listed in USD and it is not regulation to advertise in foreign currencies.  Her order total was $138.00 plus $23.95 for international shipping.  Order total $161.95USD equates to $217.44CAD (current date of Jan 11, 2023)  We have provided and responded to her every request for the invoice information she has requested.  Please see the attached correspondence with this customer.

  I had trouble putting this original billing statement on the complaints inquiry to prove that Revelation Health overcharged me and did not honour the price they quoted me. The first billing is the original statement where I made the purchase that reflects $23 per bottle plus 4 free bottles. That totals $46 American, not the $138 that I was charged. So I sent it to "info @ BBB with the case file but have not heard back.

  The next two are the actual billing they made which is $69.00 per bottle plus 4 free. Two very different amounts. I requested this statement three times and finally received it:

  Thank you for your reply.  We do list the total purchase price of the offer on the purchase page as well as the order total at check out.  A single bottle purchase of Zinc7 is $69.00.  We are offering if the customer buys 2 bottles at $69.00, they will receive 4 additional bottles FREE.  She was charged the correct total price as advertised.

  Your a original advertisement that led me to your link offered $38/bottle which was counter-offered at $23.00/bottle when I did not complete my order form. I completed the order form with the @23/bottle, buy 2 get 4 free offer, as you can see by the link above.

  $69.00 may be your  regular asking price but this offer was a discounted offer. You did not honour that offer. That IS FRAUD.

  When you take advantage of the promotional offer of Buy 2 Get 4 FREE it comes to $23.00 a bottle which is clearly displayed on the promotional offer.  The order total page also states that the total of the Buy 2 Get 4 FREE page shows $138.00.  The offer is not promoted Buy 2 bottles at $23.00 and get 4 FREE. It's showing Buy 2 bottles at $69.00 and get 4 FREE (which comes to $23.00 per bottle).  I think you may have inadvertently either misread or clicked through the offer page quickly.

  I have provided the screenshots of the offer again for your review.  We have had no other customers reach out with any confusion of the offer prior to your complaint to the BBB.  I have also attached your customer service ticket inquiry.   I do believe that you were upset that the conversion rate from USD to CAD wasn't something that was taken into consideration and that is the issue of your upset.  Which was your initial complaint to our team.  Not the confusion of the price per bottle.

  A box of 9 items was delivered to me which I did not order. Supposedly a 12 pack,Revelation Health LLC **** ****** ***** ******* ***** ** ***** is the culprit. A charge of $348.00 was attempted.   We received a complaint letter from the BBB regarding ******* *******.  I assume this is an older gentleman that had forgotten he placed an order through our promotional website for a product called Zinc7.

  
  

  We do not harvest information,  nor do we store credit card information.  

  
  

  I have a record of his IP location and him placing the order online.
