      I opened my account and was working on a deal and the staff was very helpful. I uploaded documents online which created a fast turnaround, a day and a half. The seller backed out with a title issue and the deal never closed. I was amazed to find out that I was not charged an annual fee because I did not have an asset other than cash. That is a CamaPlan policy. Im now ready to invest in another deal, my account is setup, I can focus on my due diligence for the deal, and I am not being charged anything in the meantime. Great company.

      The service is exceptional, fast and courteous. The staff and management are knowledgeable and my transactions are handled in less than 2 days. They answer phone promptly or get back to quickly. All the fees are listed on the one fee sheet- no hidden fees. They are well respected in the industry and were recommended to me by a friend. You can do a lot of the process online using your portal access. Security measures sometimes include personal contact to verify authorization that I dont mind for security reasons.

      Fantastic company. Excellent informative video series sent weekly. Easy fee schedule. Great customer service, if I have any questions they are quick to answer. I really like all the forms being accessible online. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting to grow their IRA.

      Good customer service but they fee you to death. Annual fees, setup fees, administration fees, record keeping fees, sale of asset fees. There has to be a better platform out there that doesn't take 50% of your profits.
