This Account was put on my credit Report while I was in the military. I don't know how it got their. Some stole my identity. I demand that this Account be Deleted from my credit Report.
I am not liable for this debt with Sun East credit union and do not have a contact with Sun East. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

I took a loan out on a car in the fall of 2021. The dealership chose Suneast as our loan company. When I bought the car, I made the first payment with the dealer. Then I waited to receive a monthly statement from Sun East. I never received one. I have placed at least five calls into the organization and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Jose who tells me that despite my age he cannot treat me any differently than any other customer that comes into the bank. Having spent 35+ years in banking I know that accommodations need to be made to people who are handicapped whether it be mentally or physically and that includes the elderly who are not as adept in computer knowledge as the average person. Jose tells me that I am incorrect. The problem is that I don't get a statement telling me where I stand on a monthly basis with this credit union . I cannot tell if I'm assessed a late fee or any other issue that could come up with my account. I don't want to sign up for their online billing because I have spent 60 years organizing my bills through the mail and paying them on time through my bank. No matter when I call, I only seem to get Jose as the customer service person and I'm very frustrated and need help. Thank you very much for your time.Initial Complaint

I have called multiple times to have the courtesy pay feature turned off in the past year. I have made it clear that I would much rather transactions be declined than the bank cover them for me. Every time I call yhe customer service line they tell me it is turned off. The last time I called customer service about this issue they refused to refund the courtesy pay fees dispite the fact this feature is supposed to be turned off. This is the second time since my last call to sun east customer service that this has happened. I was denied a refund previously but, was given assurance that this would not happen again. I would like my courtesy pay fees from this year back and my account closed.Initial Complaint

I have been dealing with this company for the past 2 years while the us was out of work and so was I I have always made my payment and without a call my credit to a 82 point plunge for a late payment that I made I have not gotten a call a notice of any kind ever I only received a call about purchasing more insurance I have the calls saved I went through my history I don't have any missed payments at all costs have documents if needed
