I entered into a contract with ********* ******** to replace 11 windows and to enclose my front porch along with a new roof. The first week after the job was complete, I had a leak, I called and sent videos to ********* and he tried to tell me it was the second floor siding causing the leak. I told him that didnt make sense to me. He finally replaced the second floor siding and the first hard rain we got, there was another leak. He then tried to blame the leak on my neighbors roof. His crew came and put silver coating on my neighbors roof and mine. Another rain came and the leak got even worse. I asked him for a licensed roofer, so he got one and they wanted to put a new rubber roof onto of the rubber roof that is already there. I told him no he needs to take down the existing roof and replace with a new roof. I asked him could he guarantee that this new roof would fix the leak and he said he is sure that this would fix the leak. I asked him to put in writing and add a stipulation that if I were to get another leak he would refund me $5,000. He said he could not do he was only to refund me a $1,000. I told him that would not work for me. This issue has been going on way too long. Project started in January of 24 and it is April of 25 and I still have a leak. Every time it rains the sheet rock is getting wet and the ceiling is starting to crack even more. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I totally agree with Barbara B They prey on the elderly women. They give you what they think you should have, not what you asked for. Their contract only protects them, not the customer. They scam, forge, and don't provide information that you asked for. They believe women don't know anything and they want to decide for you. They try to make older women believe that they are forgetful by trying to browbeat them into believing that they signed and they didn't. How they can apply for and pick up a large check without proper identification according to the finance company policy and then cash and payout the money to the workers and expect you to pay back the loan that you don't even know they got. The finance company won't tell you anything because they don't know who you are. They are rip offs and want to buy your silence with your own money. Sometimes it's not about the money, it's about the prejudice principle.

It's now apparent that I need to visit the NAACP office and return call the Media about American Home Concepts. It is apparent to me that the tactics that they are attempting has become racially motivated. I have only asked for those things that I dually have the right to have. We constantly asked for all these things at the beginning. Jefferson Calloway continued to blindside me and continued to be deceptive. As a consumer don't I have the right to negotiate my own loans and know all details of it. What are they hiding from us and my household. They may have done some illegal transactions all the way around. Please contact me anyone who have had a simular experience with this company.. I know it is wrong as well as my heirs.
