Credentia is a horrible service. The exam scheduling process is ridiculous. It can take a substantial amount of time to schedule an appointment. They also have very strict rescheduling policies which is extremely frustrating if potential conflicts arise. Their customer support can be very snarky and condescending. Some of the worst service I have ever received. I do not recommend and will be glad when this company is a thing of the past. There are so many other companies that will provide better customer service. Candidates deserve better.

I took my first CNA skills test back in December, and failed 1 skill, and it was something I KNOW I did correctly. I then watched the ************ video and talked to a nurse at my local hospital and she even said I did it correct. I filed a grievance, and even said I would take a lie detector test to prove I was telling the truth. I also asked why we cant be recorded etc, and the only response was I did it wrong, and could reschedule for another $95. Three months later I went again, and it was the same lady I made a complaint about. I made sure I did everything correct especially all the bold steps. She even failed me on the watching hands part that she passed me on the last time. Everyone feels like this was retaliation for complaining against her. It makes me so sad, and angry to see that Credentia in ******** LIE! There is so many people that need CNA'S and are so short staff, but this place makes it so hard to pass. I wish I could get a law passed to have people be recorded while doing there skills test because if it was being recorded, then this place would be out of business for failing so many people that passed. When you file a grievance they don't listen and take the side of the evaluator. I met actual ***'s that had to renew their license and this company failed them. The reviews say it all..

I have been trying to schedule my skills exam for 6 months now without any luck. I finally reached out to ******, and they opened a ticket for me. The support from credentia messaged me giving me these times and dates that were not available on their website. Then when I replied back the customer service agent told me to go online and schedule for that test. I went online and NONE of the dates and times were available, still. I emailed back proof that none of these show up when they are searched. I just want to take my test and be certified. I was certified 10 years ago and none of this happened.

I took my CNA skills exam on December 21 2024 and the ******* my class had every student failed for not using soap or paper towels during handwashing. Every one of us knows we did and we even have other students backing us up my teacher has an amazing pass rate with all the students shes had over the years and the one time her entire class failed and it doesnt make any sense. Some students from other classes said they went over the 30 minute timer and he still passed them. He also did not allow students to make corrections before they said skill complete which we are allowed to do. He also failed an ENTIRE other class for the EXACT same two steps in handwashing he failed my class for. I dont see how its possible that two different classes from two different campuses managed to all forget to use soap to wash their hands and dry them with a paper towel (the two most obvious steps out of any skill). He also we not paying attention to any of us at all he was constantly across the room with his back to us training another woman and he even completely LEFT THE ROOM during one students exam yet she passed. I have filed a grievance but nothing is being done and we are being forced to re take our exam with the same ******* who they claim wont be biased against us even though we have all complained against him. Credentia has been absolutely no help in solving this matter and quite frankly I dont think they care to fix it. Credentia is directly ruining the healthcare in **************. If I could give zero stars I would. ** seriously needs to find a new company to send healthcare students through otherwise before long there simply wont be any healthcare professionals at all. If you can avoid going through credentia do yourself a favor and do it.

Worse experience in terms of Credentia canceling the skills portion of the nurse aide examination on 5 separate occasions and the **************** representatives would not facilitate a resolution to ensure that another appointment was made in which the evaluator could be confirmed. I was instructed to ******* sites in ********" rather than facilitating a resolution to the company canceling test dates without an explanation. Costs were incurred on multiple dates (gas, hotels, meals), only to have to leave after the test was canceled.

As a high school nurse aide instructor, I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with Credentia's complete failure to provide critical testing services. Here's why every healthcare professional and educator should be concerned: Current Issues: - Open support ticket since November 15th with ZERO resolution - Over 70 students across 5 counties CANNOT complete their nurse aide certification - No evaluators assigned to local schools - Direct threat to local healthcare workforce and facility staffing The Impact: This isn't just about inconvenience. Credentia is actively blocking the pipeline of new healthcare workers. Our local hospitals and nursing homes rely on these certified nurse aides to maintain critical staffing levels. By failing to provide testing services, Credentia is directly harming healthcare access in North Carolina. Bottom Line: If I could give zero stars, I would. Credentia has completely failed its most basic responsibility to healthcare education and workforce development. They are actively preventing students from completing their certifications and entering the healthcare workforce. Potential Students and Healthcare Facilities: BEWARE! NC needs to find a testing company that actually cares about supporting healthcare education.

This is a failure of a company. They failed to inform students that their appointments were rescheduled. Many students drove hours just to wait and still not get tested. Will be reporting to the state as well. Would advise taking exam with another company if possible and expect to be screwed over by Credentia if you have to

If I could put less than 1 star I would. They are LIARS. I completed every step flawlessly and was failed for not completing a whole step???? Credentia only wants your money. They need to be shut down completely. They do not care a bit about their clients. I tried multiple times to have my grievance report taken seriously and they shut me out and refused to answer any of my questions. ***** on this company. Im disgusted by the way they handle situations in general.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, unorganized company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have written and called the ************** of ******* to let them know what a nightmare experience it has been. Credential has cancelled my exam twice and now I have to drive 4 hour round trip to my test!!!! I have a fully disabled husband and can not leave him that long. I hope Colorado fires this company ASAP and they get shut down for good. Absolutely disgusted!!!!! People need these licenses to work!
