    I recently had an issue replacing parts for my newer system. In doing so, parts of my water system broke. I could not bypass the system. When I called the company, I was directed to the general manager. I explained I was without water because I could not bypass the system and named the parts that were broken and was in need of a technician to assist. He proceeded to laugh hysterically at me and make fun of how much money it was going to cost me to repair. His unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is unlike anything I have every experienced. Im attempting to do business with another Culligan office but have been advised by the cooperate office that each is independently owned and they do not transfer business. This is my second issue with this company where I have experienced unprofessionalism. I wish I never did business with this company.
