      As a Public Adjuster with Metro Public Adjustment **** I have had the opportunity to help many clients with their Insurance claims.A particular case that really blew my mind about what we do for home and business owners is about a homeowner that had 4 feet of water in her basement, her water heater and the furnace got completly damaged and her claim got denied by the Insurance company.Her friend referred her to me and we were able to reopen the claim and got her paid for the damaged furnace and water heater, the mitigation bill, her personal properties that got damaged, and all the needed repair work that had to be done as a result of the 4-foot water in the basement.What could she have done if we did not exist?This is just one out of thousands of stories like this woman that gets taken advantage of by Insurance companies every single day.

      Working with Metro Public Adjustment has opened my eyes to the nuisances of home and business owner policies that most people overlook. In today's age of the fine print makes the difference between whether you have coverage or not. It is a great relief and comfort to have someone show me where my policy was lacking and how to improve it. One of the best things I could do to help protect my assets.

      Great company. I filed a claim for water damage in my kitchen from a failed garbage disposal and my insurance company low balled the settlement. Metro's adjuster inspected the damage and ended up getting me more than 5 times the original settlement offer. They're adjusters really know they're stuff and how to negotiate to get you paid properly.

      Had claim on my house from firer my Adjuster ****** did a great Job I did not have to talk to insurance company at all and got paid very fairly I LOVE METRO PUBLIC ADJUSTMENT

      My claim with using a Metro Public Adjuster was excellent. My water heater leaked and ruined the laminated floor and carpet in the next room. Furniture was wet. The field adjuster detailed each damage including baseboards and drywall. All was handled professionally and the insurance company paid the amount stated in the report.

      I've been using Metro Public Adjustment since I became an affiliate. This not a employer/employee type of company. It is for entrepreneurs who what to work and help homeowners. The amount of effort put into the business is what you get out of it. I do feel that details of the process and fees should always be disclosed to the client. The company has no control over the insurance company's lag time which is what happens when claims run long. I enjoy disclosing the insurance companies dirty secrets to my clients. It keeps them aware of what's in their policy.Overall, I would surely recommend that homeowners use Metro for their 2nd opinion.
