            The company came out on Feb 16, 2022 to replace the entire roof for claim #********. The company's contract says that they will honor their own work for 2 years post completion of the project. I noticed water coming through the dryall in one of my rooms and upon opening up the walls realized that the roof is leaking. I called the company 4 times. September 21st at 9:09am, September 21st at 4:52pm, September 22nd at 3:55pm and Sept 27th at 11:46am. Each time I spoke to someone I was assured that I would get a call back from either *****, who would coordinate the schedule, or someone else who would be able to come out and look at things shortly. I never received a call back. Water is pouring into my home when it rains and the company has made no attempt to resolve the matter. If I attempt to get the issue repaired, it voids their warranty, so I am left to use other means (e-mails, etc.) to get them to co-operate and repair the roof leak

            From the moment we started working with Justin L*******, he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! He has personally gone above and beyond by being 100% honest at all times and explaining in detail, expectations of how long each part of the roof takes and what to expect before and after our roof was done. I wouldn’t go with anyone else ever. He’s the best at what he does and we feel very lucky we were able to work with him from start to finish. easily 5 STARS!
