I own a home with my sister ************************* and In October 2021 we contacted this business for a furnace repair on a new furnace that was installed on our home that we recently purchased. The furnace was new so there was a warranty. Was told the part needed to repair the furnace had to be ordered which took 2 weeks. On November 30th the part was replaced. We asked this business to please submit the appropriate paperwork to the furnaces manufacturer so we could be reimbursed for the cost of replacing the part(not the service fee). We have documentation of numerous times trying to contact the business and none of this communication has been answered. We are only asking for the paperwork to be filled out and sent to the manufacturer of the furnace. Also we were quoted a price for the part in the range of $80-$120 and when the actual part was installed the cost ended to be $315-which seemed a bit odd as this part can be purchased on line from the manufacturer at $120. The total bill we paid for the part and service fee was $485.Customer response
