Brought a bag of onion Riggs from family dollar and it smell like and taste like someone waste chemicals on the chips before placing them in the bag! I ate a few of them and my daughter and my head is suddenly starting to hurt !Business Response

I placed an order with wise potato chips 10/4/23. I received a tracking number after it shipped on 10/5. It is now 10/12 and the package has still not been received by **** I have sent emails and made phone calls but emails go unanswered and no one returns a phone call. I recently purchased 4 bags of wise onion rings from our local family dollar. As I opened the one bag, they smelled and tasted good. But the other THREE bags; they did not. They smelled like wet cardboard, old, and stale. They tasted the exact same way as they smelled. THREE OUT OF FOUR BAGS!! I have contacted wise, not once but twice, and they have failed to contact me back or even take my dissatisfaction in order. They claim that if youre not satisfied that they will make it right, but they have failed to do that for me. Im looking for some sort of refund, want my money back.Business Response

When order was received 11 out of 12 bags of chips were opened. The chips were stale and inedible. I believe the packaging was faulty and opened in transit. On 8 Nov 2022 I emailed the company at ************************** The address was obtained from the delivery notice. The email included 2 pictures of the shipment, which I am attaching here. Text of email:Order # ***** Received 8 Nov 2022 *** tracking number : ****************** I am ****** ********, and I received a shipment today of your Golden Original Potato Chips x 1, 7.5 oz 12 Count. Eleven of the 12 bags of chips had opened during shipment. Staining on the interior of the box indicates to me that they had opened during transit. Good morning wise company I purchased a bag of chips and found an unsettling substance in my bag. It looks like dirt I have made an complaint with the bbb. I have never experienced this with any of your products and its disgusting and disheartening. my children was eating the chips and come across whatever this substance is at the bottom of the chip bag. Looking at the photos the substance in question appears to be a mixture of small pieces of product combined with excess salt and oil from the cooking process. In order to be completely sure that this observation is correct we would like to send a mailer to the consumer to retrieve at least some of the substance. We would require the consumer's name and complete mailing address, so that we could send a pre-addressed, pre-paid mailer. We would also send replacement coupons.Customer Answer
