      This *** is so dirty. They told us we would be getting a $100 credit which never happened. Then they did finally give us a $50 credit but then turned around the next month and we had a balance due of $50.00. Dirty dirty bunch of people. Plus the guy who initially came out to check what we used our propane for unhooked everything and left without hooking it back up.

      They came and took our tank of propane which was full. They never refunded our money for the full tank of propane we paid for. I would never deal with this company again they are a bunch of rip offs. They said they charged me ****** dollar just to pick up there own tank. i would highly recommend no one deal with these people. You do so at your own risk. I hit one star but I wouldn't even give them that. This is a terrible company to deal with. Check the reviews people

      I owe them no money, they ***** me over a full tank of gas, less 6 gal. They did not and are not willing to talk about my refund. I was a 13plus yr customer. GOUGING CUSTOMERS IS WHAT THEY DO!! CALL ME FOR DETAILS *** *** *** **** ***** ******* *** *** **** **** ******* ****

      I had full 120 gal tank removed from the property with appox a 100 gallons of propane in it but did not get refunded, they say my ******** owed is $0. I have made several requests for an invoice that shows the fees as to how the ******** is $0 and have not gotten one. I keep getting told a suoervisor will call me but they do not. I was incorrectly charged a minimum use fee on August 16 2024, a fee per their policy is to be charged annually. My prior fuel delivery and minimum use fee was on September 16 2023. I should have been afforded an additional 5 weeks before being charged a minimum use fee. When i called on August 23 2024 i was told the fee was removed. This is why im confused as to how im not getting a refund for 100 gallons of propane returned @$3.99 / PER gallon.

      I just ended a 52 minute phone conversation with Heller Gas in regards to a Refund. Heller Gas removed, without my consent, gas/tanks from my property because they spoke with the Realtors. they are not the property owner. House was not sold at the time.. FUTURE/POSSIBLE BUYER did not want to use Heller Gas. *****!! I was also lead to believe that the remaining Gas in the tanks would be refunded. I had to call and request an invoice because NO ONE contacted me about the Refund that will Not be given. Per the ******************************** is taking back/charging me for the FREE 100 Gallons of gas that was a promotion in 11/2020. It is now 2024!! According to Heller Gas it is company policy. Policy to charge me at a later date, I guess! They sent me a NCIS Form, not sure where that policy is written on that form! So my advice read all of these Reviews before you use Heller Gas And then any promotions are future Fees!!Not Good Business Practice.. Heller Gas.

      Don't use these crooks. They don't monitor there tank monitors, a service you pay for I might add, you have to call them when you are about out of propane. they promise you a first thing in the morning delivery on the coldest day of the year. They don't holdtrue to there promise. Completely ran out of gas and they won't call you back. Poor company that doesn't care except for there over priced propane.

      So my roommate was talked into switching from mirabito gas to this company. SO this morning at 8:15 am while my roommate was still in bed they show up. Mind you no notice of a round about time they'd be here just knew it be thrusday sometime. So my roommate whom is semi limited with his movement due to a bum knee gets up quickly and throws clothes on and goes out side to handle them and what they need. They told him to remove all the stuff on and around the tank and it took my roommate all of 4 mins to do this and nearing the end of him moving stuff for them they said they didn't have time to wait and left.. thus far completely ruining the day dor me roommate. They were here for maybe 8 mins tops. Had he had some notice as to a round about time they would be here and maybe given instructions on what he should do to make their job quick and efficient then it would have been done he'd have been awake and this would have ended a completely different way.. but no.. this is his first visit from these guys already giving the company a bad rap.Staff is half the business.. the guy that came was an ass. Not in any way was a nice decent person. My roommate then proceeded to call the office because he was upset and they open at 8 am. No one answered the phone he left a message and here we are 30 mins now later and still no call back..

      This company is nothing but drunks. The service techs from the bloom store constantly drink. The drinks while driving their work vehicles, biggest part of the time they are drunk or tipsy while going on jobs. They also smoke round the propane with no care for anyone else. The owner is bad at drinking and do drugs. Biggest part of the managers or people or corp do drugs while on the job as well. They take about their customers after calls. Call them names and be little them.

      I would NEVER deal with this company again! We have had nothing but issues with them. We moved into our new home Feb 2022 and have a propane tank for our fireplace. We don't use the fireplace very often so we called Heller's to ask them to put us on a "will call" fill pattern. Meaning, we did NOT want auto fill. We told them we would call them when we needed a propane deliver. They tried to come to our property SEVERAL times to fill our tank. Fortunately, I work from home so I was able to intervene and told the driver that we do not want propane. My husband also called and spoke with Bob, the Service Manager and he assured us that they would not come and deliver propane without checking with us first. As I was checking my email last evening, I noticed an invoice from Heller's stating they delivered propane June 6, 2023, when I wasn't home and it showed that we owed $240.45. We have called them to request they come take our tank and to notify them that we will not be paying this invoice. We NEVER requested the delivery and were never notified of it When calling them, they informed us that due to insurance reasons, they must come put propane in the tank once per year. If this is true, they should have NOTIFIED us PRIOR to coming to put propane in our tank. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced!!!

      They never told us they were filling our tank. They just came and did it. What kind of business does that? We told Heller that we do not use gas enough ti have the tank filed. They over filled the tank and admit to doing that. They put our lives in danger and our neighbors by overfilling our tank. It leaked everywhere and we had to call the fire department. It took Heller 7 hours to come and get the tank. They admit the tank was defective They had to leave a tank on our property and we didn't want it after the incident. They were supposed to come and get the tank and never did. Now they want to charge $150 to come get the tank and refuse to waive the fee. All they did was beg me to stay with a company I don't trust whatsoever. They offered me a really sloppy sorry and a $25 credit for our troubles.
