            This Company designed metal buildings that are Not STRONG enough for the East Coast. I purchased a building and the building colapse. Try to get in touch with company for warranty and some how Curvco Steel came up with the law of is an act of God. Shame of on them. Now whats going to happen next hmmm. Hopefully my lawyer and God could Help me with this problem.

            We are sorry the customer had a problem with our building which was caused by failure to install the building correctly. *** **** sent us a video which shows how he left out the critical stabilizing mounting brackets during installation of the building. Had he filed for a building permit, they would never have approved his structure due to improper installation. He did not follow our factory supplied installation manual which clearly required the use of the mounting bracket. The building was also not insured and most likely the insurance company would not have approved him for insurance because the customer did not follow the factory instructions and did not install the building correctly. Apparently, while there was exceptional amounts of snow, the improper installation is what caused his difficulties. In an effort to promote goodwill, the factory offered to replace his building at factory cost. Unfortunately, he declined this offer. It is critical that all our buildings be installed using the factory installation manual instructions in order to prevent loss of property or even possible injury.
