      I placed an order on March 9th for approximately $250 worth of products and paid extra for expedited shipping, as an adult 21 or older needed to be present for delivery. I arranged my schedule accordingly, taking time off work while preparing for a vacation to ensure I would be available.On the scheduled delivery day, I received a notice stating that my package was still awaiting pickup. Not only had it not been shippedfour days after placing the orderbut the additional fee for expedited shipping was effectively wasted, as the package would not arrive for another four days. By that time, no one over 21 would be available to receive it.I fully understood my responsibility when ordering a controlled product online and ensured that delivery could be accepted properly. However, Cigars International completely failed to fulfill their end of the transaction. One would expect a company dealing in controlled products to take their shipping commitments seriously, but this experience suggests otherwise.Fortunately, I was able to cancel the order since it had yet to leave the warehouse. However, I am now left without the product I needed for my trip, lost wages from taking time off work, and out of pocket for replacement itemswhile the company has taken my money instantly but requires two weeks to process a refund.This will be my last time doing business with Cigars International. Additionally, I will be reporting this issue to the ***, as I doubt I am the first ******** to be misled and inconvenienced by their handling of controlled shipments.

      I was enrolled in a subscription to cigars international without consent and charged a monthly fee. They do this intentionally and have for years. Incredibly unethical company.

      Do NOT ever give Cigars International any of your information!!! They will sign you up for magazine subscriptions WITHOUT your consent, knowledge, or approval. After you do some investigating to figure out that the random magazines are from Cigars International, then you you have to call them, and they will deny everything, claiming that you signed up/agreed (a blatant lie), and they will refuse to do anything. They state you must contact their partner scamming company, ******, but they never answer their phone at all! Cigars International used to be a legitimate business, but now they are just a scamming company. Stay far away from them! There is a reason their Better Business Bureau rating is only 1.18 out of 5

      It has been sometime since C.I.signed me up for puro perks without my consent.I made it clear they had lost my buisness for ever,yet they still send me offers by mail.Please get it through your thick skulls that no contact means just that,now please leave me alone.

      I had ordered several times without issues. However I recently started receiving magazines in the mail I had never subscribed to. Turns out Cigars International sold my info including credit card info to a company called Bperk. I will never be ordering from them again.

      Do not buy from this organization, EVER! I purchased cigars online, was sent notifications including that they had been delivered, which they had not. I contacted customer service which told me that they immediately would ship out a replacement order. They did not. I called back and was told that "it" was within the time limit andin the process. Another week later with no tracking, I got another notification that the cigars had been delivered, which again, they were not. I called customer service only AFTER getting a call from *** loss prevention. The CI representative emailed me a picture of "proof of delivery" (that did not identify the cigars) which it is not "proof", only a signature of receipt is. As a previous *** delivery driver of 17 yearsI know this as fact. Question is, how did *** loss prevention know to call when I hadn't yet told CI that I hadn't received the cigars? ?? I've never had an issue with Cigar Page or Cigar Bid.

      I just realized that I have been getting charged $14.95 per month for a Puro Perks Membership. However, I never agreed to this, and I was not notified that this was being charged. I looked through all my records in email and no notification was received. Also, there was no indication on the website of these ongoing charges or memberships, just a monthly invoice. It has been going on since 7/24, three charges of $******** is a real shame as I liked Cigar's International and have recommended them to friends for years. Now they pull this stunt and it is NOT for the benefit of their customers. It is a crazy BAD move on the companies part. STOP THIS!

      I have been scammed by this company. Found that they had been charging me almost ***** per month. Canceled and was told that I was taken off the system. Low and behold they charged the following month. This has been going over a year .... Please be careful with this company.

      I fell victim to the Puro Perk Membership , luckily only after 3 months. I had to cancel my CC thinking it was a stolen charge. I sent in a email request to question it and it came back as an auto-response email about it. This shows they are aware of the issue and are ok stealing money from paying customers. Straight up dishonest scam. After spending hundreds of dollar over the years, I hope the $45 and my bad advertising of them will be worth it to them. If I do not get a credit for this BS I will take my business elsewhere for sure.
