      0 stars to be clear. They don't care. its been two months since they have failed to even hear my account and therefore give the necessary information to employment hr and the hospital. Leaving me liable for a $5,000 bill.

      It has been 3 weeks since I have been paid by PMA Companies. Today, after calling their customer service line to try to figure out what needs to be done so I can get paid, I was transferred to a supervisor by the name of *********************. During my conversation with ****, she raised her voice at me, interrupted me, talked over me multiple times, and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. So, how did I get to this point? Lets rewind. On April 12th, I was injured on the job. I was placed on workers comp and unable to work. During the process of getting everything set up, I was told that after 3 paychecks I could sign up for direct deposit. I contacted PMA Companies and asked how to set this up. On June 3rd, I was referred to my claims adjuster, *************************, via email. ****** responded to my question by saying after the 4th check, the direct deposit form would automatically be mailed to me. I waited and was patient. I knew I was going to be moving at some point in July, so it was important for me to set up direct deposit before the move, so that none of my checks would get lost in the mail. I have worked in customer service. I have taken phone calls from upset people trying to get a problem solved, and I have NEVER hung up on a person for simply trying to get questions answered.At this point, PMA Companies owes me ******* in paychecks that I have not received. And, Im not sure about everyone else, but I don't know many people these days that could miss 3 paychecks and not be freaking out.(NOTE: I have yet to receive ANY of my forwarded mail from the US *************** I spoke to an employee with them on July 30th, who told me I should get my forwarded mail by Friday, August 2nd. That has yet to happen as of today.)

      We were rearended by a PMA client. It has been 2 months and trying to reach anyone or get anything done is impossible. I have had to spend hours trying to get this taken care of. Our car has been ready for 2 weeks, but no one can reach the adjuster to get payment. During business hours we have been routed to an answering service that obviously can't help. This experience has been a huge waste of my time and PMA is impossible to reach and clearly does not take their job seriously.

      PMA and ******** had a discussion on June 24, 2024. Payment was issued on June 28, 2024 for the repairs. Matter has been resolved.

      I got injured at worked and PMA denied all my claimed, so I have to pay my 4 visit. I called many times and promise they will pay for it. PMA is untrusted, unreliable, very unprofessional, unsupportive and very unethical.

      FRAUD: WOODS SERVICES AND PMA COMPANIES Continue Denies Injured Employee Benefits upon JUDICAL ORDERS WORKERS COMPENSATION OVER 5 YEARS PLUS This insurer PMA COMPANIES continues to withhold payments to paying ongoing medical as well as indemnity payments for its insured Woods Services judicial judge order 11/10/2022. I am demanding the insurer PMA COMPANIES produce evidence from judical order 11/10/2022 to CURRENT that medical bills have been paid as well as ongoing indemnity payments being paid to claimant. Resolution: HAVE THE INSUER AS WELL INSURED DISBURSE PAYMENT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY via DIRECT DEPOSIT TO CLAIMANT AND SUBMIT PROOF OF MEDICAL BILL PAYMENTS FROM 3/19/2011 TO CURRENT FAILURE TO SUBMIT PENTALIZE AND BRING EXPOSURE TO THE HIGHEST THE STATE WILL ALLOW AFAINST THE INSUER.

      I didn't even want to give this company one star, I think that is an overstatement! My parked truck was hit by a garbage truck driver, who didn't even ask if my husband was ok. The company sent someone fairly quickly to look at the truck, which gave me some hope. That hope was destroyed when the claims adjuster came into the picture. She has not done ANYTHING!! I've been able to get her on the phone about 3 times in 8 (almost 9) months. Each time she says she will get a figure and send it to me by email or call me back and she has YET to do that! Now, to make things worse, she won't even take or return my calls...neither will her supervisor. They shouldn't even be allowed to provide insurance if this is how they conduct business.

      Don't know if this pertains to complaining about workmans comp but out of the blue at therapy I got the I pad and answered their questions. Lo and behold the therapist said you're good cant do anything else for you. I still can't make a fist fingers are still stiff. I called the therapist boss talked to her she said it could be the insurance and I didn't meet my goals. Well how in the hell am I to meet the goals if there iui s no more therapy?

      PMA is the absolute worst company I've ever worked for and have had to deal with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
