    I ordered with prescriptions, but they sent a wrong axis. I called the following Monday and the customer service representative said they will expedite the replacement and send the return instructions. One week after the call, I still have not received the replacement and had to email so I have proof of the request for replacement so now I am still waiting and will have to reuse my couple remaining dailies. Please do not over promise if you cannot deliver as promised. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

    I found ordering from WebEyeCare very easy and effortless. I received my contact lenses in a very timely manner. The prices were amazing and when I price compared WebEyeCare had the best price around by far! I highly recommend them for your contact lens needs and I will buy from them again!

    I was notified that my credit card needed to be updated in order for my contacts subscription to be renewed. I went in and ordered my contacts with new credit card and checked for card to be updated. I was sent 2 orders and charged for both. I called to see if I could return one of the orders and get refunded. I was told I would get email with instructions on how to return. I have never received that email. Please advise how I can get this rectified.

    Contacts came as advertised, fairly quick shipping and the price for one box was a good. I was disappointed that a new contacts case wasnt included, and also that a processing fee is charged if you order more than one box. Seriously - is it that much more difficult to put two boxes of contacts in the mail vs one box and charge an extra $13???

Regarding the processing fee, the fee helps cover additional handling and fulfillment costs for multi-box orders. We value your business and hope to make your next experience even better.
