July 2, 2023 I drove up to ************ to pick up the puppy. The property was over run with weeds. The smell of dog f**** and urine was very present, the dogs in the kennels hair was matted and dirty, barking loudly. A large Pit Bull greeted my car and made it a little frightening to get out to go to the building to get the attention of the people inside. The front of the house/building was dirty items laying all over the entry area making it difficult to knock at the door. I called via phone to the breeder and they did NOT answer the call. I finally went to the outside of the bottom of the building and found a man that asked "what do you want?" I answered 'I'm here to pick up a puppy. Finally the woman(*****) came out with the puppy in her hand. She then went inside to get a paper that served as my receipt for the purchase. The dog still had her Dew claws (which should be removed at the first exam by the veterinarian). I took the puppy to the Vet July 7, 2023 and they found that the dog needed additional vaccinations and calcium for her diet. The dog had GIARDIA- a protoza in her stomach(from eating her own feces) that needed medication to get rid of. I got the information for a special diet that the dog was to eat to rid her of the Giardia . The dog is uncontrollable, aggressive and I feel it is genetically defective. She is not the size that a ********* Terrier should be. 18 inches long 7 inches tall and 8 pounds. She was to be 3 - 5 pounds and small mini/teacup size dog. I did not receive this type. I contacted the breeder and told her that I wanted to return the dog and get my money back. ***** refused. I want ***** to take the dog back and return the money I spent for it and refund me the money I had to pay for additional services I paid for. This Kennel is a PUPPY MILL. She has 17 female dogs she breeds regularly and sells them. If the dogs are like the one I purchased, she is selling inferior dogs to unknowing people.
