Advantages Depending on the monetary value this man can get reflects the timely manner delivered. WARNING do not only request the weed wacking service. It usually won’t get done. I was told “if something was under $25 it wasn’t worth his company’s time to do.” This was portrayed in a negative connotation. Now his workers, when they decided to show up, where only here five minutes to complete the job. There were weeks they wouldn’t stop and weed wack. I am right off a main road. Last time I checked, money is money and this is a service offered by this company, then it shouldn’t be a problem to complete. Disadvantages -Not enough workers… let alone reliable workers that the owner complains about on constant basis -Questionable Professionalism — Inappropriate behavior for someone who runs a business -lied about number of people on the job. Had to pay more for “workers that weren’t present” text messages to prove and back up truth -work not fully completed. Comment This is a TRUE review..... Was in a bind, and called the owner to see if he was willing to take on a job for clean up at a house. Was told he could take it right on because he ONLY had 2 other jobs that didn’t need done right away weather depending. We walked around and a list was given to him on paper of what needed completed. “Sure no problem” was his response. Main stuff was ripping out flooring, trim, bathroom vanity, lights, kitchen overhang, some stuff left in garage, outside mailbox, some lawn items etc. I rented a dumpster for a week. Told me the job would be done in a week, well he worked there 3 days (not all day long) and I had to re- rent a dumpster a second week. He then proceeded to text me on a constant basis, “if this needs out or this” while I was working!!!! Then, tried NOT to rip out stuff that was already agreed upon. Was told bushes would be cut back, then back out of doing it after agreed upon stating he can’t do them after all because it was wrong season. “You may not want to do this or that” was a response after he said he would do it in the first place. That is why a dumpster was rented!!! That is what you were hired for!!!! Not only does he not have enough reliable help but complained about it to me.... I am NOT a friend. I do not need to know your personal problems! I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable like I was suppose to have pitty for him and his life! Poor professionalism!!!!! Kept hitting on me! This man would not take no for an answer!! I DO NOT WANT TO DATE YOU!!! I MADE THIS VERY CLEAR!!! He sent me pictures of himself asking what I would do with him if I was there..... I would punch you in your face!!!! Have text messages to prove. Told me the job was done and it was not! Have pictures to prove this also! Threw out items that were told not to. For example, when I asked where the wheelbarrow was? He took it upon himself to throw out because it “was rotten” which was clearly not his decision to decide. Did replace some wood that he threw out; however, seemed to be added to final price. I asked this man not to rip me off..... $2600! This man and one guy did not work full days or the time he stated!! Told me money would be taken off if I paid cash. I explained to him that I work over 1 1/2 hours away so he had to wait in order for me to get to the bank. This man badgered me Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to pay him because “I didn’t have enough money to pay for my kids Christmas. I am broke!!” This was his response!!! Now, I didn’t need to hear about this mans financial woes. I don’t know him on a personal level. I always paid this company in the past for lawn services and felt that he displayed poor professionalism in numerous ways. Did not stand by his word!! I did not pay his business the requested money. He overcharges if he thinks he can get away with it! I am clearly trying to help other people if they decide to hire this company!! I was told the mailbox was set in concrete and it was not. All flooring not removed ***See pictures below on work not finished. Bottom line is do not take this mans word. Things were not completed like he promised and a written list was given. He became angry and stated I kept adding things to be done; however, they were on the original list that he clearly lost. Get a contract and make him stick to what he agrees upon. House was not swept out, unfinished work, garbage left in bags, and huge dent in cabinets made… I didn’t notice till after the fact!! The man should own up to mistakes made and not become angry when questioned
