I noticed within the last week that the paint on my back bumper is cracking which is what they repaired on my car a year or two prior I called and made an appointment took it down to be looked at because they tell you their paint jobs have a lifetime warranty the manager told me that I either backed into something or someone hit my car because there is a scuff mark right below where it is cracking I had my boyfriend and my dad as well as myself all look at it there is no scuff mark below the cracking there was some dirt that wiped away no scuff mark I would like the paint repaired on my bumper

We do offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our work, but if new damage occurs that voids the warranty.  On a plastic bumper paint will not just crack.  It would flake if not prepped correctly.  That is not the case for this vehicle, there was no flaking of paint, only cracks.  The cracks were in the same location that there was a scuff mark that the vehicle had another impact to the bumper.  From the impact it would have flexed the bumper and cracked the paint.  We did offer if she wanted to have it repaired we could give her an estimate. If the customer would like I could have a rep from our paint company explain further how the bumper would have had an impact of some sort for it to crack the way it has.
