    I contracted this company to do some landscaping around my house. There was a in person meeting and my wishes were made known. A price was agreed on and a few weeks later the men started work. I made them aware that I was getting this landscaping done because I am elderly {73) and wanted to cut down on my yard work. They assured me their landscaping would do just that.. After the job was done I had a few questions about why the ground cover was not extended up the house walls .I told them that weeds would grow between the house walls and the decorative rocks---they suggested to use a weed spray. A major part of the landscaping was along the front of my property. I stressed that I hated running a weed eater along this area because it was on the main st and quite dangerous.Once again I was assured their work would fix the issue. I paid my bill ----big mistake !!!! Within months the landscaping fell apart... Weed spray did not fix the job and the weeds growing along the front of my property are so bad that I have to pull them each week. As I said before this area is along the main st and I do this work as cars and trucks drive by. I gained nothing from this job except putting my own safety in jeopardy... I wrote 2 letters letting the owners know that their work fell apart in less than a year and that I wanted my money refunded so I could hire another company to redo the job. With the second letter which I sent registered mail along with pictures showing exactly what the issues were and how this impacted my physical safety and I have not gotten any response. I can send copies if you decide I have a case. No one should rip off us old people especially widows.... Thank you for your time.. I am unable to upload my supporting documents....
