    Was charged for a year for financial services and failed to file taxes on time, failed to provide P&L, was told since January that they will file my taxes "next week" every time I contacted them. Probably should've fired them sooner but never had an accountant before so not sure what they do exactly. Contract provided they did nothing on.

    Brian was hired to file our income taxes, and to maintain our books for our business. Brian charged us $1200.00 to catch our books from Jan until April. We paid Brian March 27,2023. Brian was asked to file our income taxes at this date. We provided Brian with everything he asked to complete our taxes. We sent multiple emails following up asking if our taxes were filed. Each time he responded that he was working on them. The date taxes were due we received an email at 4am asking for more information, which we had already sent him. Following up after taxes were filed Brian was supposed to be maintaining our books and paying our quarterly sales tax. Brian was provided all the login information multiple times but Brian has never paid our sales tax or done any type of bookkeeping. Brian has failed to pay the sales taxes that he agreed to pay and now resulting in a penalty that we are forced to pay. BrIan took our money and has not provided the services he promised.
