The employees are "messing with" the patrons. If you aren't a Black Card Member, you will be treated lesser than the Black Card Members. They refuse to answer phone calls or be professional at all. The "Regional Managers" are like ghosts, they can't be contacted. When they "ban" you for NO valid reason, they say they have a right to do so. They aren't truly concerned about a person's ******************************** it's just a place to make money for them. Truly immature and unprofessional behavior by the "Managers" at multiple locations.

This organization will steal and rip you off. If you use it it's a good place. However I wouldn't ever sign a contract with them. They have acknowledged they canceled my membership and several associates have told me my membership is canceled; however they still keep billing me. They set you up with an ACH and they will not stop billing me. I had to cancel it through the bank. They now told me that my son had a contact with them and he signed it at the age of 13. That's why they keep billing me. The GM is a moron and clearly this will need to go to court. I will try their corporate office National Fitness Partners is a private equity held Planet Fitness franchisee based in Camp Hill, PA. The legally can't sign a contract with a minor. The short story is that they signed me up and I canceled it and of course the clerical error is that my middle name is Andrew and my son's name is Andrew. I went in and canceled the contract, but they only canceled me. I told them that there was only one contract. They are so lazy they will not do the research and realize that there was only one contract. They keep saying my son needed to cancel the contract???? So they have been billing me and will not stop. So I guess their corporate office will fix it or will need the course to fix it. So do yourself a favor and don't sign up here unless you know you're going to be a member for life. Otherwise you can't cancel the membership. Even now after getting off the phone with Sabrina the general manager, she still won't cancel my membership. She clearly is uneducated and lazy not to try to find the truth!!! They are thieves!!!

My name is *****. I currently work out at planet fitness in ****** ****. Just a quick review. The people there are great. Each time I arrive. The place is spotless. I thoroughly enjoy the black card membership! Its also kind of neat, that the manager, ******, greets people by name and ensures that they have everything they need for a successful work out

I've belonged to this organization from its infancy! Has Always been professional...lite and fun place to workout!...That being said...I'm a Black Card member...using the facilities in Central/Eastern Pa...when in gym...I'm always covered up...literally...long sleeves...pants...etc...! I do tan on occasion and keep my Under Armor on...when finished...walk back to locker room. In last year...to 18 months...several clubs have ask me what I'm wearing...thinking it's underwear! I WOULD NEVER DO THAT!... Come on...how bout the women wearing skin tite outfits during entire workout....noone seems to suggest they are wearing inappropriate clothing...!! All I'm saying...let's get on board w what athletes are wearing in training and competition... Swimmers Gymnastics Track n Field Wrestling etc... Please keep the good people of NFP...up to speed on attire. Thank you for the consideration in this matter... David W******
