DON'T give your money to this company. They are incompetent, unorganized and provide terrible service. This company diagnosed a bad pump on my hot tub and charged me $400 down to order the part. When they charged my card I detailed very clearly how critical it was that they return an answer to me about the timing since I was seeing a significant increase in my electric bills due to the one pump running overtime to heat and circulate the hot tub. I didn't hear anything from them for over a week and emailed into their customer service rep, Sarah, inquiring about the status, she said they'd get back to me - now over 2 weeks since they charged me, I had to call them to follow up again and they still don't have an answer. Then 2 days later I get my electric bill and call them demanding an answer - and magically they realized that very morning I reached out to them for the 3rd time that the manufacturer sold their parts. So, they charged me $400 and then NEVER ORDERED the part. They cost me hundreds in electric bills because they drug their feet. Then they send out a second tech to look at my hot tub, and again - magically now its only a fuse that needed to be replaced and not the entire pump. I have a 10 year old hot tub that I was willing to pay for expensive repairs for AND one day I will buy a replacement - but not from these fraudulent fools. I'll take my business to a competitor instead.
