      This company reported to the credit buruas that I was in collection. I never received anything from this company about this issue. They claim *** **. I contacted *** ** they say I have no account and therefor owe no money. I tried to call this company they don't answer just a machine that says leave a message. I see from your site this is a frequent occurance for them.

      I recently looked at my credit report and I have some thing from Torres for $1405. I’ve never been contacted by them. I’ve never received an email or Mail from them. I tried to reach them and they don’t have an email address online. I would like this removed from my credit report or to have proof of this collection and its origins mailed to me certified.

      Many years ago I had a rental property and sold the house. The utility account was closed out and paid in full. Years pass and Torres is trying to collect for a debt that never existed. Evidence has been shared, but nothing has been done. The that was never real, never belonged to my name, and Torres continues punitive actions to serve a collections account that shouldn't have existed.

      Thank you for your message. I should add that I've also spoke by phone with the person in your company who verified that not only is this collection account an error, but it happens often. This is literally from one of your reps. The utility account did not belong to a house that I lived in or owned. And is 100% incorrect.  It is not mine and never will be. It needs to be dropped.

      **. ********* “Desired settlement” was the removal by TCS of its trade line from his credit report. TCS agreed to do this as a courtesy. A review of the call records, both inbound and outbound, confirms that there were no communications with ******************** with anyone from TCS. Any suggestion otherwise is factually incorrect. Nor did ******************** provide any written correspondence to TCS. ******************** is encouraged to contact the Utility directly regarding this account. This concludes this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Thank you for your reply. I simply want to see the removal of the account. It's both odd and concerning to see you have no records of my outreach. I do have my records and recordings as well. Nonetheless,  if this is removed I will obviously accept and move on anyway. So far, my credit still shows the invalid TCS account in collections, so I just want to see the resolution followed through now. Looking forward to dropping this all asap.

      I have not received an itemized statement for the charges of which the total stated in the letter from Torres is comprised, The charge shown is not possible, I moved from the property located a *******************, Escondido, Ca on Sept 9, 2001 so any amounts charged after that dare are not Ming.

      On January 28th I received an email alert from ******** credit bureau claiming that there was a change to my credit file. The change was a report that Torres Credit Services said that an account I had was in collections, in the amount of $749.00. I have never been contacted by this business nor have I ever conducted business with them. I want this report to be deleted from my credit file right away.

      I have never had any dealings with Torres Credit Service yet, they have reported a collection to two of the three credit bureaus on December 28, 2022. I had just checked my credit profile as I am starting the planning stage to purchase my first home and, to my surprise, I found collection on my profile that was never validated. Torres Credit Service never communicated with me in any way to perform a debt validation prior to sending this debt to the credit bureaus. The collection on my credit reports should be deleted immediately as there is no legal binding contract between Torres Credit Services and myself, and a debt validation process was not performed prior to them damaging my credit.

      The business is attempting to collect on a $33 dollar debt that has no source and they have never contacted me once. I found out about the collection more than a year after they began attempting to collect from my bank and this has dropped my credit score more than 50 points. Once again, I have never been contacted about this debt and after looking into it I noticed that it has absolutely no merit.

      This was when I was on off campus student housing and had one bill that included everything and was covered by my GI bill. This account should have never been directly put in my name and again there was never any communication from Torres Credit Service with myself in any way to perform a debt validation prior to sending this debt to the credit bureaus.

      the collection on my credit reports should be deleted immediately as there is no legal binding contract between Torres Credit Services and myself, and a debt validation process was not performed prior to them damaging my credit. I expect this matter to handled and the collection to be removed from my credit promptly

      Torres Credit Services, Inc.("TCS") was attempting to collect an alleged debt (File No. *******) forwarded to it from *** ******** Utilities (Account # **********).  A letter was mailed to ************************, West Reading, PA ****** on March 10,2021. The letter was not returned to TCS. Several attempts to contact you since March 2021, at the phone number that *** ******** Utilities supplied to us ************, went unanswered. Following receipt of this Complaint on January 9, 2023, TCS discontinued collection of this account, requested deletion of its trade line from *********** and ******** credit reporting agencies, which are the only two that we directly report to. This file has been closed in our office.

      I have recently discovered that Torres Credit Service has reported a debt (July 2021) to at least one credit bureau without attempting to validate the debt first. Torres should have validated the debt before reporting to the bureaus and this transgression should be rectified and removed from my report.

      Torres credited a negative hit to my credit without any means to communicate with the company to have the remark removed. Balance is paid as of October directly to the company that the balance was owed to. Yet I still am unable to contact Torres, their number is invalid, the website does not work and the address seems suspicious.
