I purchased a package of (7) 90-minute massages (for my chronic pain) from the owner, Victoria, with this massage therapy business on 5/2/22 for $540. I had a massage with her that day. I sent the full payment of $540 via ***** later the same day (as instructed by the owner, Victoria). She closed her business within a couple weeks (by the end of May/beginning of June) & I didn’t get any of the massages/services I paid for. I attempted to reach out by calling and texting her two phone numbers several times, as well as messaging her on *********, with no response. I also had another massage therapist who works locally reach out to Victoria, but she told me she didn’t get any response either & it looked like Victoria, moved out of the area. The owner shouldn’t have sold me $540 in services if she knew she was closing her business. I’d greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. $540 is a lot of money for me. I’m a nurse who suffers from chronic pain related to patient care and now I’m out $540 and I can’t afford massages. Thanks very much,*****************************
