1 starUnreliable "subscription" service that takes your money, then leaves you waiting one, two, or even three months... yes, three, without your lenses. At one point back in February, I was told that they had recently had to lay off (or furlough?) their customer service prime and that's why you couldn't get a hold of anyone and why no communication was sent out about lenses not being shipped. Later in February, I received a letter stating that they'd taken measures to ensure delays don't happen again and that it's would begin shipping on time again by February 19th. That didn't happen. I went all of January without lenses and had no idea that was going to happen because there was zero communication. February 27, I got only 1 of my 2 months worth of paid for lenses. I ended up getting a refund for ******** The ONLY thing they seemed to be and to do in a timely manner was refund me. March has now come and gone and my paid for lenses aren't here. They say they're shipped, but tracking shows them sitting in a facility for 5 days not moving. Then I was charged for ****** I'm getting a refund and canceling my subscription. I have been using Waldo for 6 years and up until recently they were fine. Something has changed for the worse. The quality and comfort of the lenses is great, but useless if I can't get them. If you want lenses on time, go somewhere else besides Waldo.Review fromJoe E

1 starCompany has ghosted all its customers. Unable to reach anyone at the Waldo company. I have been charged for contact lenses I never received and I cannot reach customer service to cancel my account. 1 starI have been SO patient and understanding with them. For over a year now they have had supplier issues. Every single month I pay $46 for a month supply. I immediately receive an email letting me know my order will ship soon and they will update me with an email when it does. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. I wait and wait. I never receive any update. I then email them asking what the heck is going on. They respond with an apology, same excuse, and a credit to my account or extra contacts sent with my next shipment. They THEN decide to finally ship them to me. I shouldn’t have to remind a company to send out my contacts every month. I’ve dealt with this but then this month I get a email about my delayed order (THAT’S A FIRST). They said that they are “temporarily” experiencing supply chain issues and are out of stock. Oh….but no worries. They have so graciously credited $10 to my account for future orders. ?? I’m over it. First of all do not continue to let your customers order from your website IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK TO FULFILL THEM! That’s not rocket science. It’s very unfortunate because I love these contacts. They are comfortable for me and are in my budget. But some of us can’t pay out of pocket for a necessity like this, not receive it, and then have to pay out of pocket AGAIN to buy the product elsewhere. Especially around the holidays! Money is tight! Your measly 20% credit isn’t going to cut it. GET IT TOGETHER WALDO. Do better or close your company. It’s ridiculous at this point.Review fromDevin C

1 starI'm having the same issue as some. I don't have a valid prescription and I'm December I was charged for $60.00 and obviously nothing showed up since the prescription wasn't valid. It took a while, but I was eventually refunded. I'm March my subscription became active again automatically and was charged yet again, this time I didn't notice it and was then charged another 2 times, totaling in $180.00 now. I contacted their text messaging support and they said I would be refunded and they would cancel my subscription. They did cancel it, but it's been over 10 days waiting on the refund. Then a couple days ago I noticed in my Waldo profile that my order history was cleared, then after I logged out and logged back in, the orders were there and even had tracking that stated 2 of the packages were delivered. They weren't though, it's impossible. Then a couple days later, once again my order history was blank. I'll never use this company again. I don't like making reviews like this, but hopefully, like myself, someone else won't think they're crazy when seeing their order history magically change after asking for a refund. 1 starThey have decent contacts, but trash customer service. I was on the 6mo subscription - they never send reminders of the upcoming charge ($200+ depending on your package) my December/January 2023 box was late, luckily I don't wear them daily so I didn't run out. Then in July they attempted to run my renewal early (again, with no reminder of the upcoming charge) which I wasn't expecting since I still had plenty of contacts due to the previous late delivery. I had just moved and hadn't changed my address with them, I was on a tight budget from just closing on a new home, and did not receive a reminder so this was not in my budget. When I tried to postpone the order and get a refund they refused to return the payment even though it hadn't even fully processed yet. They cancelled my order, but kept my money lol very helpful.Review fromNico l

1 starI was a loyal customer for years, never had a problem with my monthly subscription plan. I WAS recently getting charged monthly for contacts but I not receiving them. I tried emailing, texting, FB Messenger & Instagram Messenger, & commented on multiple of their social media posts to no avail. I finally was able to get someone on the phone & they told me that they are having a supply chain issue YET they are still charging us monthly. We are being charged MONTHLY for MONTHS but receiving no product. According to my account on their website, & confirmed by the rep on the phone, I have not received five orders dating back to November 2022. I asked to speak to a manager for a refund for 5 months and they told me that I had to call back at 8AM EST because they are in South Africa and the managers already went home for the day. I emailed the company the next morning. It took 5 emails and 5 text messages to get a response. They refunded me for four months but claim that I received a 5th shipment. I sent them screenshots of my account that state my order is still processing. They then sent me a bogus tracking number that, when clicked, says "my" package was delivered but NO WHERE does it say to my address or my name. I pressed the matter and said they are providing me with no proof that it was delivered to me. They then sent me a cropped screenshot of some program on their end that says it was delivered to me yet it does not show where they are getting this info from; but it is not USPS. This vague screenshot also claims that the package was delivered to me on 12/20 yet their "tracking" number which did not include my address said it was delivered to me on 12/23. I also asked them why now, when I look back at previous orders' tracking numbers, the USPS says they are still awaiting my package; are they handing out fake tracking numbers? They ignored both of these Qs. THEN after they stopped answering, I got an automated email that said my subscription was cancelled....LOLReview fromKim B.

1 starThey owe me money. Charged my account and never sent the contacts. They also shorted me 20 contacts from the previous order. I've contacted customer service through phone, email and messenger and no one has refunded me!
