My receipt for the over $1300 of repair on my Alfa Romeo asked me to make them aware of any concerns I have so that they can address them. I did. Multiple times. They ignored me. If you decide to work with Piazza Auto Group, you can expect a deterioration of service on your vehicle. You should expect a highly incompetent tech to work on your car and a management staff who will ignore you. For two years, I have been driving a car with a defective tow cap (front). When I first made the service team there aware of this issue, they promised to have the replacement cap when I made the one hour drive to their dealership. When I arrived, I was told that the item was not there; “it wasn’t on the delivery truck”, the service manager explained. They gave me a cap from another car. Later, that fell off and I made another appointment. The cap is taped to the front of my car. During that appointment – I was there for brake repair – I was told that the item was still unavailable. The yellow indicators on my dashboard informed me that my brake light, parking light and back up light were inoperable. I was previously informed that brakes would need repair.. I drove to get the brakes repaired and the tow cap replaced. I was informed that the brakes were repaired. The tow cap unavailable. I contacted the Piazza Auto Group service team. I left multiple messages. I was courteous and professional. I explained my frustration and asked for the GM there to call me. He did not. I requested a call from the service manager. I did not get a return call. I left more than a half dozen messages. Finally, I was advised by an attorney to send a formal letter to provide my feedback and concerns. A copy was sent via certified mail to the executive office of Piazza Auto Group. I did not get a reply. Not a phone call, email or anything. I have given the Piazza Auto Group every opportunity to help me, to respond to my concerns. I would recommend that you avoid this dealership.

Dishonest, Deceptive, and Despicable!! My wife and I attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealership. I say attempted because they refused to fix a non-woking GPS after we gave them a $3,000 check. The car was not ever equipped with one. I easily discovered this in 2 minutes after giving the VIN to the Mercedes sister dealership 5 miles down the road. And confirmed by the second Mercedes sister dealership 10 miles away. The person who looked over this vehicle at Maserati Wilmington Pike spent 30 years as a Mercedes Service professional. So the dealership knowingly was selling a car as having GPS when it does not and never has. Jamie told us on Saturday, March 26th he would get the GPS looked at. When we didn't receive any update on Monday, I knew that they were just going to try to sell the vehicle to someone less discerning or knowledgeable, even though they were holding a $3,000 deposit check of ours. They refused to let us pay for the vehicle in cash. They told us that we must finance the vehicle. We laughed and then realized that Jaime was 100% serious. My wife explained that we did not need to finance the vehicle and Jaime backed up and said that the price would have to be higher if we didn’t because they would lose money. My wife asked for the higher price, and he said he would need to get back to us. I don’t know if it is legal to charge a higher price because a customer wants to pay cash. But if it is, it should not be a difficult calculation to make. He just wanted to make more money by selling to a less knowledgeable consumer who needed to finance. The price online has since gone up by $1,418 since Saturday, even though I have brought to their attention that the vehicle is being falsely advertised as having GPS. This dealership is very dishonest and very deceitful. Take a slightly longer ride to an honest dealership.

If you are a woman do not go here! They will treat you in horrifying ways. I had looked into a potential used car and when the deal did not happen I was disrespected, harassed, and held hostage in the dealership! Jamie D*****, the location sales manager, was behaving as a sexist bully and would not return my vehicle to me. After lending me the vehicle for a "no obligation" overnight to show my husband, we decided it was not the vehicle for us. I had notified the sales representative, Eddie S******, this was our decision and I would be returning the vehicle and picking my vehicle up. Upon my arrival, my truck was not made available to me. I had to endure, a three pronged approach to break me down to make their deal. This lead to Jamie D***** insulting me, bullying me, and holding me hostage refusing to return my keys to me. I truly believe that if I were a man this never would have happened. After being harassed and insulted Tim H******, the sales manager, had the nerve to try to improve the deal and get a sale. I could not believe this was happening. After the way I was treated I promised they would never receive our business. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB as well as other avenues to ensure they do not do this to any other women.
