My receipt for the over $1300 of repair on my Alfa Romeo asked me to make them aware of any concerns I have so that they can address them. I did. Multiple times. They ignored me. If you decide to work with Piazza Auto Group, you can expect a deterioration of service on your vehicle. You should expect a highly incompetent tech to work on your car and a management staff who will ignore you. For two years, I have been driving a car with a defective tow cap (front). When I first made the service team there aware of this issue, they promised to have the replacement cap when I made the one hour drive to their dealership. When I arrived, I was told that the item was not there; “it wasn’t on the delivery truck”, the service manager explained. They gave me a cap from another car. Later, that fell off and I made another appointment. The cap is taped to the front of my car. During that appointment – I was there for brake repair – I was told that the item was still unavailable. The yellow indicators on my dashboard informed me that my brake light, parking light and back up light were inoperable. I was previously informed that brakes would need repair.. I drove to get the brakes repaired and the tow cap replaced. I was informed that the brakes were repaired. The tow cap unavailable. I contacted the Piazza Auto Group service team. I left multiple messages. I was courteous and professional. I explained my frustration and asked for the GM there to call me. He did not. I requested a call from the service manager. I did not get a return call. I left more than a half dozen messages. Finally, I was advised by an attorney to send a formal letter to provide my feedback and concerns. A copy was sent via certified mail to the executive office of Piazza Auto Group. I did not get a reply. Not a phone call, email or anything. I have given the Piazza Auto Group every opportunity to help me, to respond to my concerns. I would recommend that you avoid this dealership.
