    I order a part for my lawn mower. A PTO clutch. I installed it and it worked for about an hour then seized and stopped working. I called to return the item and they provided me with a return authorization number ******. I sent the part back. I received notice from the USPS that the item was delivered on 9/28/2023.On 10/9/2023 I called to find out what was the status of the return. I could only leave a phone message. On 10/10/2023 I called again and tried various extensions until I got hold of someone. They told me the parts manager was out and would return my call on 10/11/2023. The parts manager has not returned my call. When I tried calling their phone number and dial the extension I used the previous day it appeared the phone was picked up and immediately disconnected. this happened twice in a row.
