1 starI had an extremely frustrating experience with Armina Stone. During the installation of my countertops, they damaged my cabinet. I immediately reached out and spoke with ******, and while she initially apologized and asked for photos, she then ghosted me for seven months, ignoring my calls, voicemails, and multiple emails. When she finally responded, she dismissed the issue as incidental damage and claimed there was no way to install the piece without causing damage. This was never communicated beforehand. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend them to anyone.Review fromian p

1 starArmina has absolutely the worst scheduling department. They told me an afternoon install then showed up at 9am. Thankfully I have a flexible work schedule. I called the company to alert the installers I will be home in about 20 minutes and by the time I got home everything was installed. I asked specifically to not start until I (the homeowner) was present. Never happened. Thankfully I was home to check everything and noticed caulking needing address to prevent water from going under the countertop. Not to mention, excess dried epoxy left on our bathroom vanity from their previous install. Terrible logistics team, terrible schedulers, and sub-par installers. We well overpayed going with Armina and have a lot more projects to install. Will NOT be using them again.Review fromEMILY Z

1 starI had been looking for a particular color of granite that Armina stone happened to have. Their showroom was pretty far from us, about 2.5 hours, so I called beforehand to confirm that they would be willing to install. They said that they could install in our area and took all my information, including my address. I took a day off work and drove 5 hours (there and back) to look at the granite. I put a deposit down and was given an install date for about 1.5 months later, which I relayed to our contractor who needed to be present for the install. They cancelled via email 4 days before date because our address was "too far away" despite me confirming multiple times that would indeed come to my address. Very unprofessional business.Review fromStephen B

1 starArmina was selected by our designer to install soapstone countertops and backsplash. The stone selection and initial measuring went as planned, everyone was nice. On the first installation date they arrived in the late morning with a non english speaking crew, so there was limited communication. I surmised that one of the backsplash pieces was broken and they would return with a new one. OK, I get it, things happen. The crew was at our house till 8pm that day. Very annoying to be held hostage, as we had other plans but didn't want to leave them alone in our house. Once they left we realized that one of the backsplash pieces was either cut poorly or installed upside down, resulting in bad gaps at our old windowsills. The solution they suggested was to install new soapstone windowsills to hide the gaps. OK, fine. When they return to install the broken backsplash piece and the new windowsills, its a different crew that spoke to each other in another language but not to us. Again, they arrived late morning and were at our house till 7pm. So we were left with a "finished" job where the new windowsills do not meet the existing window frames and trim, so there is now a 1/4 inch grey silcone caulk line right at eye level between white window trim and the black soapstone. Really bad, looks like a homeowner did the install DIY. The new backsplash piece was clearly mismeasured, and where it meets the range hood there is a large gap at one side, and no gap at the other. major eyesore. There are several gaps where the backsplash meets the counter top and a few areas that the lines between slabs are thicker than others. When they came back a third time, they applied caulk to attempt to cover up the imperfect areas. I guess it looks a little better, but it really isn't what we expected for ten thousand bucks. They scraped our new painted cabinets, too They told our designer they would credit us 500$. We havent been credited yet, but that ain't enough.AVOIDReview fromChuck T

1 starWithout a doubt, the most incompetent group of installation people I have ever had the experience to do business with. Armina started the granite installation in my home on May 22. Since that time, they have had to return 4 times to fix the horrible workmanship and replace complete slabs of granite they have screwed up. It is now June 19 and the installation is not complete. The project managers never answer their phones and the office people are not helpful and dont reply back. Lots of unfilled promises to fix their screw ups that yield maximum frustration to a customer. They flat out dont care! Buyers beware.Review fromSheila F

1 starI went through Home Depot and they use Armina Stone. I got my measurements of 60 sq ft. I paid my bill....right before install they wanted $1,700 more for 21 Sq ft of waste....bait and switch. When I made my measurement appointment they are very abrupt. Also, I checked their reviews and then cancelled my entire order. Don't use this company. Good luck trying to view your quartz slab. They don't like that!

5 starsThe gentleman named OBO came out today to measure for our template. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood the process of getting the countertops installed.Thank you The HartnettsReview fromCharles C

1 starGave us an inferior product and told us "that's just how it looks". Then, upon installation, they failed to secure the countertop to our brand new $900+ dishwasher, causing damage to the top of the appliance in both places where the dishwasher should have been attached to the underneath of the countertop.. They offer no accountability, no response to fixing anything.Review fromScott M

1 starPSA avoid! We were required to use Armina Stone for our countertops as per our builder. They installed countertops and did not cover them immediately, and they had to be treated for stains and scratches from the builder's subs. We also found chipped corners from installation, which they filled. They broke our backsplash ledge and did not tell us. Instead, they installed the slab without a new approval template and added a seam. They left the mesh on the underside of the backsplash ledge, and we had to ask them to remove it. Closer to closing, the countertops were uncovered. We found several filled holes on the mitered edge of our island. A broken riser that was left for us to discover. They have been back for several repairs. They said they would replace the broken riser, but it is attached to a mitered waterfall edge. We had concerns about the waterfall getting broken. We have now found out that the installers left several times because slabs were sent here without receptacles cut out and broken slabs. We also found out that our builder is now not using them as a vendor. They will tell you that they follow the National Stone Institute guidelines. It is all B.S. We have asked to be reimbursed for our broken slabs and damaged slabs, but they will not respond. One star is too kind.
