Fullington bus operates the school bus service for Southern Columbia school district .My Son who is 6 was traveling on bus 5 to ****************************************. Until the repeatedly to transport him effectively or safely. Our son was bullied on the bus almost everyday.It was reported and on NO occasion during the communication did Fullington acknowledge or reposed to our concerns as the incidents got more frequent every report was ignored. Older kids terrorized our son each day. The school spoke whit Fullington "manage" only to be dismissed and ours sons bullying continued. We asked for the seat to be changed to create distance. Drivers say " wish they would tell us" it took for my son to be pinched on the nose by an older kid and one of their drivers to get physical for a seat change to happen months and months later!. Buses are do not all observe stops, time or protocol. I have it all documented!. We had an Emergency meeting with the school and Fullington. They sent 5 misfits who knew nothing or their jobs! again I have the transcripts form the meeting. The "regional manager" ************************* openly mocked and laughed at my wife and I as we tried to explain the experience . That morning when ***** attempted to sit up front which had been arranged the driver refused to allow him. When I enquired the driver was determined to send him down the back when I asked my son to come with me the driver through his arm across my son! preventing him from leaving to bus into my care! this company is a disgrace and profits while operating at very low standard. Two weeks later the afternoon driver is 15 minutes early and does not stop at our house worth our son .She old to the school about her whereabouts and finally arrived back to our house wrong direction and said" she didn't know he was on the bu" well that's reassuring to us all that these drivers have no clue who is on the bus!!! child safety !? professional bus service? all in great question.
