I purchased my vehicle on August 29th, 2023 with salesman ******. Part of the transaction included trading my 2020 ******** ***. **** received a payoff of $28,307.67 on said date and this was the amount they were contracted to pay ******** when I signed the contract and drove away with my vehicle on 8.29.23. I received a call from ******** on 9.2.23 advising that my payment is due and they have not received the payoff check. Instead of incurring a late payment on my credit, I decided to make the monthly payment and was advised by a manager that I would then be reimbursed once **** sends the payoff check. **** called ******** Finance on 9.5.23, got a new payoff, and paid the lesser amount, completely breaching the contract I signed with them on 8.29.23. I called and spoke with ****** who on record told me, he personally dropped off a check at Wilmington ******** for the $28,307.67. I responded saying that this makes no sense, since I NEVER did business there. He then said, they do this all the time. I called a few days later with proof that he was lying, he then said well your monthly payment should be lower since you made that payment post contract. I logged into my account and compared it with my contract, that was another LIE! Now I have made several complaints with **** USA customer service and left several messages for the manager. I have yet to receive a call or email from anyone and I am out of $598. I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism and downright theft that has taken place. It seems that everyone in that branch is covering the dishonesty that's going on, since I have called and left messages for several senior managers and NO ONE has courtesy of returning not a single call. That entire branch needs to be audited. I need and will get my refund!Initial Complaint

December 2022 I purchased a used auto from the warehouse Conshohocken. It is now March 8th 2023 and the dealer has not sent the financial institution (**** **** ****) the title. I contacted the financial institution and they advised me the dealer has not responded to their request for the title. They have contacted the dealer multiple times. Registration has not been submitted to Penndot. My license plates are still linked to my traded in vehicle. Its close to 90 days and I have not received registration in the mail. Also when I purchased the car, it was not inspected. I drove a hour home and found it had a oil leak. Oil level was below the minimum line. The **** pre inspection report stated the oil was good level so that report was falsified. I immediately let the dealer know. They responded when I bring it in for service, they will look at it. I could not bring it in until February 2023 because it was leaking oil. I did not want to damage the engine driving a hour back. I finally took it back to the dealers service department. They completed the we owe work and completed state inspection on the vehicle but told me there was no oil leak. The oil leak seen was work completed after the vehicle was sold. I did not complete any work on the vehicle. I responded to the sales manager that I notified you guys of the oil leak after purchasing it. There was no response from the sales manager after that. Also when they completed the service for inspection, they put incorrect mileage on the service work order. The current mileage of the car entered was when the car was purchases. They did this to make their paper trail correct. I have not been able to fix the oil leak and the transmission has issues/signs it will be going soon. This dealer is wrong for what they have done to me and other people. Looking at reviews they are similar stories so they have been doing this for a long time. I am not able to fix the oil leak with my own money because of the cost associated with it.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 05 Oct 22 Amount of Transaction: $64.00 (Not including sales tax and misc.charges) I went to the Audi West Chester Dealership for them to conduct my annual PA Vehicle Inspection. The PA Vehicle Inspection consists of two separate and distinct inspections, a Safety Inspection and an Emission Inspection. If you have owned your vehicle for more than 1 year AND it was driven fewer than 5,000 miles it is EXEMPT from an Emission Inspection. I was charged $64.00 for an Emission Inspection by the Dealership even though I was exempt. $64.00 is the FULL PRICE for an Emission Inspection. The was NO Emission Inspection performed and that service was NOT provided, yet I billing as if it had been done. On 06 Oct, I called Audi and spoke with Amanda G****** the Service Advisor. She acknowledged that my vehicle was exempt from the Emission Inspection and that the inspection had NOT been done. She also confirmed that I had been billed the FULL COST for a service that was NOT performed. I informed Ms G****** that I should not have been charged but she was unwilling to adjust the invoice in any way. The attached "Sticker Issuance Report" will confirm that my vehicle qualified for the <5000 Miles Exemption. The Sticker Issuance Report would also include the Emission Test results if the test had been done. No results appear because no tests were conducted. In summary, I was charged the Full Price for an Emission Inspection that was not conducted and that my vehicle EXEMPT from taking.Initial Complaint

I purchase a 2018 ***** *** in Feb. On delivery I receive 1 key fob. I was told the 2nd key fob was with the original owner and I would get it once he gets it from his summer home. I waited until May to inquire about the 2nd key. I was told that the original owner had not gotten it yet. I called back 2 more times. I was told that the original owner is not responding to them. I called a 3rd and 4th time was keep getting told that a manager will call me back. No one is calling me back. I feel that I am owed the 2nd key fob.
