1 starI had a deeply disappointing experience with Davids Bridal in **********, ****. I purchased a wedding dress and paid for specific alterations, including a modesty patch and bra to be sewn in, all of which were clearly outlined. However, when I picked up the dress, these alterations were not completed, and the dress had jagged edges and uneven hems. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, including several emails, I received no response or offer of resolution. This forced me to buy a new dress just days before my wedding, causing significant additional costs and stress. Their lack of professionalism, failure to honor agreements, and complete disregard for customer service are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this location to prevent similar issues.Review fromAnn V

1 starDo NOT order anything from *****'s Bridal online. My daughter purchased a $250 item and it was never even tried on because she chose something else. We passed the 7 days so we could not get our money back but the return info said we could return the item w/in 60 days for an exchange. What THEY DON'T TELL YOU is that in order to get a credit or use the money for something else, is that you need to purchase additional merchandise in the amount of money you originally spent, return the item, and only after that will they then - hopefully - credit you. So what they are doing is holding your money hostage by making you spend twice as much to hopefully get your original credit. I was trying to work this out with them for more than 90 minutes because it wasn't clicking that I couldn't return the item and then have a "credit" they refer to as an "RMA." This is a bad business practice because they know very well it is difficult to spend that amount of money again in order to bail out your original amount. Please stay away from this company.Review fromROSALIND C

1 starOne of my bridesmaids ordered a dress on May 6th, 2024. The item was supposed to ship on 7/1/24. Now they are not shipping the item until 8/7/24 4 days after my wedding. I am appalled to know why it takes 3 months to ship a dress, when in store they said 3 weeks. I will never use Davids bridal again or recommend them to anyone. I am thoroughly disappointed with their services. There is a reason why I chose not to get my wedding dress through them. Buyers beware!Review fromKendra M

1 starThis review is strictly for the alterations department of this store.****** was incredibly rude to everyone in my wedding party, and so rude and demeaning to the other staff members helping out my bridesmaids. She was very pushy and basically told me if i didnt do a certain alteration i would look awful on my wedding day. Everything felt very rushed, no explainations for anything, even made us sign contracts that felt very rushed and did not make us aware of signing that it meant no refunds. She was also talking to another bride how sorry she was for making her wait because my wedding party was a disaster to work with. We were scheduled for alterations for 2 hours and it was chaos the entire time. Meanwhile the whole time she was pushing us to leave her a fantastic review so she could win coffee cards. Maybe if she had decent customer service skills my review would be different.Review fromBertha G

1 starWent to Davids bridal to get a bridesmaid dress. They tried to sell me a size 12 Im a 10. He argued said my hips were a 12 my top a 8 it hung on me. So the next day I went back and requested to try a 10. It fit perfect. The salesgirl helped me. They said I would get a new dress may 28. They called may ***************************** a 8 it was a wrinkled mess. Then the girl said it was shipped in a box and it was used and it had a snag. It looked like a rag from goodwill So she calls the manager who said 30 percent off. Then said no 10 percent. Then nothing off. I told her just make it look good. So he steamed it , as she is steaming she told me not to wear deodorant it stank like body odor. It was awful. So she steams it and says only one completely steam. It looked bad she had the steam to high. It was rippled. It did not fit. Way too tight. They never offered to alter it. I took it to a seamstress it looked so bad I had to wear it in the wedding as it was. Wish I could post pictures. Snags, lose threads, ripples, body odor. Used dress at new price.Review fromwilliam L

1 starMy fianc went into Davids bridal and bought a $200 wedding dress and then spent $500 on alterations to make the dress the way she wanted it when she went in to pick up the dress they alterations that they did were wrong. The dress was too small, and they basically accused her of gaining weight when she actually lost 14 pounds from the time they measured her for the alterations to the time when she went to pick up the dress For anyone, this would be difficult for someone who accused you of gaining weight before a person with body dysmorphia. Its a nightmare, then to top it off the assistant to the alterations lady was talking to her about helicopter rides in *****, where were going to get married and then added the fact that theres a weight limit to get on the helicopter and they would weigh you before you got on the helicopter, my fianc is 57 and weighs 191 pounds. I checked and the weight limit for helicopter in ***** is 300 Pounds, you can only imagine how my fianc felt after she left there. She cried all the way home and now she went the next day and got a dress from somewhere else and we are not going to Davids bridal to pick up the dress so they can just keep the 700 . The only reason Im making this review is so that other people will stay away from Davids bridal they are rude disrespectful, and they dont deserve your business when you go to buy a wedding dress, you want to look amazing for your wedding day and you also want to feel amazing for your wedding day and you dont want someone to make comments that make you feel uneasy about yourself. Its very disgusting. What the people at Davids bridal did. their customer service is also horrible. You can call the numbers and they will never call you back and I think the best thing for me is to stay out of the store because Im very angry at this point which is why Im writing this review. Its very difficult for a man to see his fianc upset the way she was when she came home.Review fromEbony B

1 starI purchased a prom dress for oldest daughter back in 2022. Approximately 32 days later the dress was returned because my daughter decided on a different dress. The *****'s Bridal store granted me a store gift card to use for the total amount of $118.79. Yesterday I went into the same *****'s Bridal store to purchase a graduation dress for my youngest daughter and tried to use the gift card towards the purchase. I was informed the gift card I had was no longer valid. That staff within the store informed me the company had internal changes and no longer expected the "white" *****'s Bridal gift cards. The receipt was still attached and the card never used. I was given the corporate number to speak with someone, however the automated message plays and then disconnected the call. I was also given an option to text with customer service. I proceed with text and after stating my issue, they stop responding. The store manager stated she would reach out to corporate via and contact me by last night, however I never received a call. This situation have left me out of money and without a product.Review fromRoschelle W

1 starI attempted to return an item within the timeframe indicated on my receipt. I didnt wear the belt/sash and the tag was still attached. I was told that the salesperson gave me a percentage off that made it a final sale item but it was not indicated on the receipt. I was not informed at the time of purchase that the item could not be returned. None of the reasons provided coincided with policies indicated on the receipt. I was told the that the district manager was consulted and made final decision but I was not allowed to speak with that person. I was given a number to customer service and I instructed to text hue to extremely high call volume. It took over 4 hours for someone to respond. I was told that management team would contact me within 72 hours. In the meantime I received a call from the store manager saying that the regional manager will review my concerns and I will get a call the next day. I received a call saying they are sticking by the initial decision. If they are not going to follow policy, why print it on the receipt?
