  I gave inventhelp *****, waited almost a year for a sample of a compound, and all I got was a website I can't use because I have no product, a website does not take a year to put together much less *****, so basically I got scammed out of at least *****, and I noticed they have an excuse for everything, so now I'll just make them myself considering just about ever place out there wants your money and gives you little in return, they take your money and lie, or they make your invention and want to take 80 to 90 percent of your profits, even other companies want to know why inventhelp and ******* corporation are still in business and they are located in the same town of **********, it's on, lawsuit time, oh and my score is a big fat zero.

  We are in receipt of the above referenced review *************** 2024, this client contracted for our invention services. It is wholly unfair and untrue that this client only purchased a website as evidenced below. Furthermore, our services do not include compounds or taking ***** % of profits, etc. This is not representative of Inventhelps service, and this consumer obviously has us confused with another company. We prepared various invention materials describing her idea. These materials were used in our submissions to companies in the InventHelp ********* as well as to companies in a separate database we utilize in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. We followed up with certain of these companies in an attempt to obtain feedback on the invention. We will also be publishing limited information about her idea to an online publicity distribution service, where it will be distributed to search engines, journalists, and bloggers. Additionally, the website we created contained 3D illustrations of the invention, a professional description of the idea, as well as a contact page that allows others to send messages directly to her inbox without providing her private information. This inventor has been updated every step of the way regarding the above-mentioned services we provided, and we will continue to do so.   I contracted with InventHelp to promote, market, and help license my ********************. I was led to believe that they had established industry connections and a proven process to secure licensing opportunities and present my invention to companies.Over the course of several years, I paid InventHelp a substantial amount of money for their services. Despite repeated payments and reassurances, I received no meaningful results, no evidence of any serious marketing efforts, and no licensing opportunities.After recently researching InventHelp, I discovered numerous BBB complaints and negative reviews from other customers describing the same experience: large fees collected with little to no tangible outcome. This demonstrates a clear pattern of misrepresentation and ongoing deceptive practices.Resolution Sought:I am requesting a full refund of all payments made to InventHelp, as the services provided were not as promised, failed to deliver any measurable results, and were misrepresented and misleading from the outset.Supporting Evidence:Payment history showing consistent charges over several years.Proof of lack of results despite continuous billing.Multiple BBB complaints from other consumers describing similar experiences.

  This inventor contracted for our services over two years ago for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that the services are being provided in accordance with the contract and he has been updated every step of the way! While we can understand the inventors disappointment in the lack of positive response to his invention; every invention must stand or fall on its own merits and any responses from companies is just that, at the discretion of the companies. We cannot guarantee that an invention will receive responses, much less a response expressing interest in an invention. In fact, InventHelp makes the risks very clear to all inventors prior to doing business, as evidenced by their signatures. We have done quite a bit of work for this inventor including referring him to an independent patent attorney for the assistance in preparing and filing a patent application on his behalf, submitting his idea to industry to try and obtain a good faith review, and creating a password-protected website for his idea among other services. Unfortunately, what we cannot do is promise him the results for which he is searching.   If I could leave 0 stars I would.I paid thousands of dollars. They said I owned my patent only to see my product without me having finished the process with them. I didn't have the additional $12,000. That they later said I needed after paying around $12,000 already. They sent me a box of c*** to mail out which I did with either the business being closed or no response and they washed their hands of me. The additional $12,000 was not part of original agreement. I called and they reassured me they didn't steal my idea. I was told to call the company that made said product.

  We are responding the review below.This complainant contracted with our company more than 5 years ago. A review of our records indicates that this inventor saw a similar product, which ignited these negative feelings. The invention industry is tough; there are no guarantees, and certainly no guarantees that an idea wouldnt have competition of some sort. Her claims are unfounded and unfair. She is making accusations without specific details. Nevertheless, it is unfortunate that she is unhappy, and we would be more than willing to discuss the situation again should she wish to do so.   Well after years of having an idea in my head a good one I met with invent help salt lake City Utah I paid $14,000 cash yeah I did, was promised a patent by paying the cash amount in cash that never happened I kept being led down a path that my invention was submitted to at least 50 companies at a time as I called these companies that are supposed to be affiliated with an event help had no contact knowledge of who they were at all not a one of them, out of about 200 companies that were supposed to be affiliated with invent help find confidential agreements leads to be false, also product was supposed to be submitted to events marketing nothing happened. So based on the information that I found on the lawsuit is exactly what has happened with me and my idea shame on you invent help

  We are in receipt of the above referenced review.
  This inventor contracted for our services four years ago for the assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate that his services were provided in accordance with the contract.
  While it is unfortunate this client is upset that his invention didn’t receive the response from industry he had hoped, it is unfair to blame us. We have reviewed each company and do not agree with his accusations. In fact, we offered to review our findings with him; however, he doesn’t follow through, return our phone calls or emails. Instead, he just continues to make these unsubstantiated claims with no factual basis and avoids addressing it. As such, it is difficult for us to respond and, quite frankly, we believe it demonstrates the true validity of his accusations.

  It appears this person contracted with us almost 20 years ago and the services were completed in their entirety. InventHelp has been in business for over 40 years providing invention related services and in fact our name is widely recognized at one of the leaders in the invention industry. What sets us apart is that we pride ourselves on being straightforward about this difficult industry from day one with every inventor we encounter. While it is unfortunate that this person chose to attack us so many years after receiving services and did so without reason, we are confident in the services we provided.

  Do not. I repeat do not use this company. They are liars and they steal money from people. I put money down on the program. They made my books up and I went through the whole process and did the waiting game. Didn't hear anything so I started doing my own investigation. They told me that they send my information to companies to see if they would be interested in making my product. Not after hearing from people for a while I started calling these companies that were on the paper they sent me showing that they contacted these people and when I called these companies they never even heard of invent help or never even heard of that company. And so this company feeds you a bunch of lies and tells you that they're working for you and they're really not like they are not contacting these companies. It's all a scam. I put up over $1,000 and for what nothing. I'm surprised they're still in business. Honestly yeah I would like to have my money back but I'm just glad I'm able to let people know. Do not trust these people.

  We are writing in response to the above referenced ********* appears this client contracted with us OVER 20 YEARS AGO, receiving services for which she did not actually pay. Her claims about our company are unfounded, untrue and are without factual findings. What is true; however, is that InventHelp has been in business for over 40 years providing invention related services. Many of these customers have been pleased with our services and the treatment they received from us. It is important to us, and we pride ourselves on being straightforward from day one and throughout the entire service period. While it is unfortunate, and a bit ironic, that this person chose to attack us 20 years after receiving services for which she did not pay.

  UPDATE, Tim Bronson is a LEGEND! This angel of a man has been in CONSTANT contact with me. He took it upon himself to take up helping me with my idea himself. There may be a bunch if bad reviews but I feel it's just shit quality agents that people get. Tim on the other hand, I wish there were more people like him in this company. He's a hard worker and gives me CONSTANT updates on my project idea's progress. Bless you Tim. I hope you have all the success in your future endeavors

  I would not even consider doing business with InventHelp or IntroMark. I agree with all the negative reviews. . . incredible high fees with no ROI, no follow-up, non-existent customer service and salespeople more like carnies than marketers. Don't know who is out there that is any better, but save time and aggravation and just try one of them instead of InventHelp/IntroMark. ***** M

  They are the worst they need to be sued and they do not know how to talk to their customers and I am ready to sue them right now and get all of my money back plus the pain and suffering that they caused . They are racist and think that they could talk to you like they are paying you for services I have given them thousands of dollars and they talk to me like they dont have to talk to me with respect as a person and a client . When I asked them to explain the info I received that racist told me we do this every time I call I dont get that shouldnt I I ask if I dont understand I want my money back they are a scam I have much more to say but it is too much but I will comment soon again its a fake they do not even have a corporate office it is a scam.i wish I didnt have to give a star.

  This complainant contracted for our services in November 2022 for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting her invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review. Our records indicate her services are being provided in accordance with the contract.
  This complainant’s accusations are completely unfounded and untrue. We have had several conversations with her to give an update regarding the services we are providing and to answer all her questions. We have been respectful and professional in each interaction as we are with all our clients; however, this complainant is consistently uncooperative, and at times has been downright abusive to our staff.
  We do not believe a refund of the services is fair as we have been providing our services in good faith; whereas it is important to note the complainant is not paying for them.
  At this time, there is nothing more we can do; but do appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.

  The woman on the phone was rude, unprofessional, and unnecessary. She told me to google how much it is for a patent and if I don't have the money, then there's nothing they can do for me. She was eating on the phone while speaking to me. And was very rude with her speech and manners.
