My Security deposit was given for am apartment in February of 2020. I gave 1100 for security and multiple non refundable pet deposits that the lease states is for "normal wear and tear and or any damage caused by the pet". The only damage I noticed was the carpet being a little chewed on from our dog. I moved out May 7 2023. I have not received back my security deposit nor any explanation on if the security deposit was used nor a detailed list of what it was used and it has been over 60 days for as per my lease agreement I should have gotten a full refund or a breakdown with receipts.

I moved out of Country club apartment on July 1st, 2022. I moved due to a change of job. I always paid my rent in time and I was a tenant there for 2 years. I was told I'd receive my security deposit of 1,200 dollar upon sending my new address to the property manager. Still to this day, have not received my security deposit from the ******* company even after I won the civil case in court on March 18th 2023. I will attach all files and documents proving that I did everything I needed to and more. I'd like my money back since it's almost been over a year since I moved out of the apartment. I have spent a lot of money on filing claims and sending a constable to the apartment. I don't want other tenants to be in the situation that I'm currently in because it's unfair and unethical. I have more documentation to include there just wasn't enough space to include all images, receipts, etc. I am more than happy to include more if that's what you need.

I thought this process wouldve been so much easier than what it has been! I was approved for an apartment here on October 14th online and the agent that I was working with said the apartment will be ready on the 13th of November cool I dont need to move in until November 17th I sign all of the documents the same day I was approved I told her I would bring my deposit that day but she sent me an email saying I dont have to bring my deposit until move in day with my first month rent. A week before me having to move in I get a call from her saying I have 48 hours to bring my deposit even though it didnt sit right with me I took them my deposit that same day I asked if I could walk the apartment they told me no because it still needed some work and for me to call closer to my move in date, cool because I turned my deposit in before the 13th so the apartment wasnt suppose to be ready anyways. Well its now November 15th I call to see what is the earliest I could come get my keys on the 17th that is when I found out I couldnt walk the apartment and I wouldnt be getting my keys until the end of business day but I was being charged for that day. The man I talked to couldnt have cared less about me wanting to walk my apartment that Im suppose to move into in 2 days, his exact words was he has 17 other apartments hes trying to get ready then started listing off all of the things my apartment STILL needed. I dont see how he has 17 apartments to get ready when its only 4 apartments available on their website and I know for a fact 17 people arent moving in on the 17th. I wanted to walk my apartment because of the review directly under this one saying his apartment had mold cracks paint peeling and more! The head manager said he would give me a call back after he fixed my prorated rent since I wont be able to move in on the 17th but he never called back just sent a email that said heres your prorated rent they knew for an entire month that I was moving in.
