      As I look at the other reviews..I exhibit no surprise. I was leasing a car from these people, my payments were in full and on time for the most part. When I was short, I went out of my way to make sure I called them so that I could stay in good standing. A few months back, my payments were messed up and **** told me that he'd fix it...no such luck, so i ended up losing my car. But that came back on me. Needless to say before that, it kept breaking down, it was literally in their shop more then it was on the road and they don't stand by "their work." I don't know how they stay in business or how they get away with ripping people off like this but, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!

      I had a good experience at the lot in east york when I first moved to york. With that being said I thought west end was aslo a good lot. That it wasnt.....Had a cad less than 2 weeks shut down on me. Now the manager Greg has a problem refunding my down payment. Called cops on me and all. (All I want is my money)....lost a job and everything because of this place. Asked to speak to owner. That was a no go. I wonder if the owner knows how this guy is running his lot? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

      Wow the service here was amazing. This is the second time I bought a car from them. They treat you like family and they are never pushy. I loved that my wife and I asked all kinds of questions and they never made us feel rushed. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that wants the best cars in the area with exceptional service. Thank you Alan and Rodney for making my experience wonderful.

      Had this car less than a year. From West York location Pennsylvania. Due to car shutting down for like the 3rd time of the company’s fault and they had to come get it they told me I was responsible for all the fees monthly/shops payments/ tow and recovery fee/ parts/ labor/ inspection everything I am trying to survive out here. These guys just take me car manipulate it to make it turn out in their favor. And tell me I need $800-1200+ upfront to get car back after all I went through with this car engine seize. Transmission problems sense I had it engine check lights since I got it. Rotors, alternator. Already leasing me a car for $7500 and every repair and situation makes that price go up. Man. This is horrible. I need something done. I’ve been pretty straight forward with these guys.
