The owner/property manager, **********************************, has been contacted via email and phone multiple times regarding the sale of my condo on June 8th 2023. During settlement, the July and August condo fees were paid for in full and ownership should have been transferred to the new owner of the condo. I have received a bill($289.85) for July condo fees then late fees($25) were added after it not being paid. At that point, I paid the bill in fear of my credit being affected and contacted the owner/property manager, ***************************. She claimed to not know about the sale, which was false since I have emails proving my agent had to request a resale cert from *****. She proceeded to blame third party billing. I have contacted the billing department of ******* and they stated their information needs to be updated by the owner/property manager, *****. I proceeded to have my real estate agent reach out to resolve the issue, but the owner/property manager would not answer her emails or calls. I then receive a condo bill for August to be paid. Mind you, July & August fees were paid for during the June 8th settlement of my condo. What has been done with the checks she cashed? No communication from this business owner is unacceptable and negligent. My real estate agent contacted the buyer's agent to inform the new condo owner of the situation. Apparently, the new owner of the condo can't even get a response from the Owner/Property Manager. Please help resolve this issue with this negligent business owner. Thank you

    ******************** was issued a refund on 07/24/2023.

Payment was reissued due to non-receipt for refund earlier in August 2023.

No late fees were assessed as late fees have not been turned on for the Association since May 2023.

******************** has complained that she is still receiving monthly statements. Trident does not mail monthly statements, these are mailed from a 3rd party billing/meter reading company.

This matter has been closed by Trident and and/all information regarding her account has been clearly and concisely conveyed to the former owner in a timely manner.  At this point, ************************ behavior is harrassing and future complaints and/or poor reviews will be handled by our legal team.

    Thank you in advance.
