The experience with their customer service is absolutely horrible. Do not buy anything from this company whatsoever. I ordered a light grey 3/4 inch pool jet for my pool and ended up receiving a clear one instead. They said you need to not just read the title of the item but the specific technical specifications. Then because the title was incorrect that they are going to charge a 20% restock fee even though it does not say that on there return policy that comes with the item itself. Do not do business with the company unless you want to get rug pulled.Voomi Supply Inc.

4 orders out of 6 got messed up. Wrong items sent; wrong fan blade, wrong TXV, motor mounts instead of motors, etc one order was cancelled 4-5 days later because the item isnt available while the site says IT IS available, but the price is 12X!!!!I am an HVAC contractor. HORRIBLE!!!! Bought a $300 part, returned it and was told we weren't getting our money back due to it being "used" which it wasn't. Asked for the part to be shipped back to us and for almost two weeks have been getting the run around by customer service. This is the most absurd customer service I've ever dealt with!!!! You refuse to send the part that WE PAID $300 FOR BACK TO ME, AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND OF MY MONEY!!!!!!! This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. 1 starI ordered an advertised and pictured on website control kit for my boiler never having dealt with this fly by night company.We had no heat or hot water for 5 days till a circuit board arrived that fit nothing I own.When notifying the company they did acknowledge their mistake and asked me for a picture-date of purchase-sku number and other info saying they would make it right.What kind of company does not have that info already entered as they took my money and shipped it to my ********* they are saying because its a circuit board (which I did not order) and can not use its a non returnable item! 1 starI ordered a part because the hurricane took out my ac. I paid for 2 day shipping and begged the customer service for help since its 94, and I have had a for 3 days. They shipped it Friday instead of Wednesday. I cancelled Thursday morning and they shipped after I canceled. Now they are refusing to issue a refund. On top of hurricane, now, these scammers are taking my money for nothing. ******** business! ** in particular is a horrible person.Review fromDarren B

1 starOrdered an electrical breaker on 9/16. They sent a breaker not even close to what I ordered. The number they have is always busy and you have to request a return online. I did so and then it was several days later I get an email stating they are looking into it with their fullfillment center. I have not heard anything since. I even uploaded the pic of the wrong breaker and package. This is a scam company and I wish I had saw their reviews first on trust pilot as they are awful. I believe their reviews on their website is fake and they do not have a ****** profile to leave reviews which is a clear sign. Stay away from this company as I wasted over $100.Review fromPatrick N

1 starI purchased a motor from Voomi Supply on Jul 19, 2023 to fix my parents HVAK system. The motor was delivered Jul 21, 2023 it was the correct motor and looked clean and new. We installed it but never ran it or plugged it up just put it in place. We found out the outside unit was beyond repairing and a new inside and out side unit would be needed. I contacted Voomi Supply for a return and refund on Jul 22, 2023 They stated I could return the motor and provided a shipping label to return it. So I did. They reached out to me via email on Jul 31, 2023 letting me now that they had received my Motor and will not be refunding me because the motor was installed into my parents HVAK system. I ask for a second option and they come up with the same thang as before as its apart of there guide lines. Then why have me return it I am very upset and have asked that they return my motor butt they have failed to respond. Please do not buy from this company. If they continue to not respond to my emails then I contact my lawyer as this is theft of personal property.
