    The water company is constantly shutting my water off without any notice at all. No phone calls, letters, or even posting on my door. This has happened 8 times since i have moved to this address. They refuse to send me a bill an they do not even make a phone call. i have not received a bill since I moved to this address over 2 years ago. I have spoken to the secretary countless times to update my phone number and mailing address as well as the manager to no avail, other than being cussed at and threatened.

    Dear *******, 

    The North Fayette County Municipal Authority does have an account with **** ***** located at *** ********** **** ** *********** **. We do send out monthly bills to him, which are sent back to us by the post office saying that they don't have that address in their system. I have personally called Mr. ***** 3 times now to fix this problem, but he will not return my call. He goes online and pays his bill after we shut him off for nonpayment. To fix this problem, he has to call in or stop in and update his mailing address and his phone number.
