In June I purchased a Harley soft tail classic from roundhouse. The day I purchased it is when the issues started with the bike. I had to take it back the following day because the brake light was out. Ever since then there has been many small issues that they have fixed along with an oil leak that has yet to be resolved. I have called multiple times to try and return the bike and get my money back because it is unsafe and every time I get on it something is wrong with it. Roundhouse has now said I have to pay for the repairs as they have no record of any of the service appointments or the issues Ive been having.. Im still learning how to ride and I feel the bike is unsafe and I would like my deposit back and the 6months of payments Ive made. I called Harley, the dealership and Harley financial. The store manager has not returned my phone call and Im at my wits end paying for something thats unsafe and not worth the money. All I want is to return the bike and get my money back. Roundhouse harley is a terrible place when it comes to customer service and honesty

I took my motorcycle which is a 2021 harley davidson streetglide vin#****************** to roundhouse Harley-Davidson in the beginning of November 2023 with $65,000 in upgrades and parts to have done such as front and rear suspension swingarm motor transmission handlebars saddle bags seat crash bars exhaust heads and jugsfront and rear fenders side panels tank trim battery headlight taillights front and rear turn signals stereo radio head unit gauges Floorboards brakes rotors and calipers all hand and foot levers wheels and tires to name some of the upgrades made. Our harley continued to stay at the roundhouse dealer until June 2024. During this time my harley took extreme paint damage to it by being handled poorly during the time the bike was in roundhouse Harley-Davidsons possession and $16,000 in factory take parts were taken from me by employees and some were told to be sold at a swap meet held by the dealer. We were told and pleaded with by employees ***** ******* and ***** ***** to not contact the police or my insurance company that the situation would be taken care of and the dealer did attemp to make the situation right by crediting me $4000 in labor towards the missing parts and paint damage and then I was told all missing parts would be replaced and what wasn't replaced would be refunded to me at dealer cost. ***** ******* then quit his Job over the whole situation and ***** ***** which is the manager was to make the situation correct and he became irritated and told us we would get nothing else towards my missing parts or paint damage and my bike would not be finished to take it else where and I was told my self or my husband are no longer allowed on the property and if I have a problem to sue them or turn them in to the BBB. At the moment my motorcycle has a bunch of issues such as the lights work half the time the radio and speakers go out the clutch slips and the bike has a death wobble in the front of it.
