1 starMy name is ****** ********, I have recently bought a **** Maverick 2023 XL for ****** dollars. The vehicle had ***** mi when I purchased it. I've only had the vehicle for 8 days. I had stopped back into car vision on I believe Thursday to speak with the manager that was involved in the sales process that sold me the vehicle. I explained to him the situation which is I had taken the vehicle to a registered for dealership for an oil change, they discovered that the entire frame is cracked and was improperly repaired and welded and then painted to cover up damage. I have all photos of the damages and what was essentially covered up with paint so that at a glance the vehicle looks as if it was repaired properly. I also have another report from a registered auto body shop that works on frames which coincides with the **** dealer report. I just paid $****** for what I thought was a new truck and the vehicle is already essentially totaled. I have a limited dealer warranty. I stopped into explain the situation and see what option we could take whether it be I return the vehicle or carvision pays for the repairs. I was told that I have no option and whatever is wrong with the vehicle is not carvision problem but mine. I was told during the sales process that the car was in an accident which I was aware of, what I wasn't aware of is that the repairs were not done properly and that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I was told by the manager that I bought myself a good vehicle and that it was repaired to **** standards which it was not. I am reaching out to either return the vehicle or have the repairs made by car vision. I've spoke to my lawyer and I was directed to take this route first. If we cannot get this resolved then I will have to take a more legal route to get this resolved unfortunately. Please email me back and let's see what we can do about this. I have attached photos of the report as well thank you.Review fromRyan S

1 starStay away from this Place. The customer service is terrible. People buy from people, and this place is the worse. The sales manager and salesman simply don't respect the customer. I rather spend an additional 5K more elsewhere, then give this place my business.Review fromStephen M

1 starI will never ever buy a car from car vision ever again. I bought a Tesla model 3 and I paid cash $36,000. It is now going on 5 months and I still have not received my title. I have spoken to every manager there was and they keep giving me the excuse saying it's the *** and that they're behind which turned out to be a lie. Buyer beware think twice from buying from this dealership!!!Review fromBrittani M

1 starMy post that I want to post is over the character limit by about 3000 characters so I'll just summerize and state the following:What a joke of a dealership. Between the games played trying to buy a car, to the bs they played while at the dealership tryinf to get me to finance through them, and now the hassle of getting my money back that they are supposed to refund, I will NEVER EVER recommend this place. Such Bs. Even posted my review on their fb page and they deleted it. They delete all the negative reviews.Review fromSteve D

1 starMy son found a ********** GTI at the dealership that was low mileage and under the existing factory warranty. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody. They are an army of scammers. Unethical business practices. Bait and switch tactics. They charge us $1000 for Tags and title And all we wanted was to transfer our old plates and get a new registration. Its been a month and we still dont have a registration and the temporary tag is expired. All they make is excuses.Review fromErnie J

1 starI brought a car in February ********************************************************************************** to drive the car for ********************************************************************************************* 45 days I came back and the car still failed in 45 days. I went to the dealership to check on it and asked them to fix the problem because theres no way a new car should have a red sticker on it I went to the service Center. They refused to help me and told me to go to the sales center, I went to talk to the manager at the sales center. He pulled up my warranty and then told me to go back to the service center and talk to the manager. They refused to help me and told me to go back and talk to the sales manager nobody would help meReview fromNaimah A

1 starI purchased a 2019 GMC Arcadia on April 6, 2024. I noticed that the price of the vehicle had changed from monthly payments of $615 to $658. This was the first red flag. I took the car to the car wash, discovered that all of the rims had been painted and were pitted. All of the paint came off in the wash, on all four tires. I scheduled an appointment to have it inspected by a GMC dealership for a diagnostic and they found over $7000 of repairs. They took pictures of painted brake calibers that weren't covered properly and paint covered hardware, sliding pins and inside the pistons as well. The report also said that CarVision used low quality aftermarket parts. They found an axle leak, rusted alignment bolts and needed front and rear brakes and rotors. The car also had snow tires. The dealership advised me to take it back to CarVision being that it was less than 30 days. When My husband and I arrived the same manager who sold me the car was outside, he directed us to the service department. We waited there for several hours and was told that we needed to speak to the manager to see if he would make the repairs being that some of them were still under warranty. We were taken off the sales floor and placed inside their break room to discuss the issues. After showing the documentation from the dealership along with the pictures, the manager said that his technician didn't find any of these problems present when he inspected the car. The manger was very unprofessional and walked out of the room in the middle of our conversation. He then lied and said my husband had a weapon and called the police on us to have us removed from the property. They found no weapons and stated that they get a lot of calls like this from CarVision so they're not surprised. The service department damaged my car. This dealership has horrible customer service, pressures customers to buy, sells cars with defects, lies to the police and refuses to fix issues under warranty. They Only Want Your Money!
