    I ordered a hoagie with everything on it and get home and was made incorrectly . I call and advise I am bring it back for them to correct this. I get there and the ignorant rude man working gives me old lettuce,tomatoe and onion wrapped in foil and refused to re make it or refund my money.

    On 7/21/22 I ordered a pizza from Merlino's in East McKeesport. I mentions last time i ordered my pizza topping was slid off my pizza and asked them to be extra careful, i was very polite. when i received my pizza the toppings were slid off the pizza again. i called and asked for a replacement, they said they need the pizza back and i agreed, i also mentioned i did not receive a receipt for it and would like one. the owner said he can email it to me, i just asked what happened to the paper one. he then blows up on me tells me i am no longer a customer and did not send me a new pizza. i am still waiting to see if he gave me a refund. so far he has not. he then claims that i did it to the pizza myself when i watched the driver take it out of the front seat of his car, it was leaning the entire trip. I want my money back. this is ridiculous that i have to do this, when all i was trying to do is feed my family.
