    A phone order was placed on December 30th, 2022, for the amount of $73.09(this transaction wasn't finalized until 1/6/23). I am a veteran and Sarco will only honor your veteran discount with an order placed over the phone. My first issue is, and I do this ALWAYS to avoid what I'm going through right now, I asked for a receipt sent to my email. Never got it. My order never showed up on my online account either. (1/30/22)Later that day, within hours, I received an email saying Sarco was offering free shipping over the New Year weekend. I wanted to take advantage of this, even if it meant cancelling my order and placing a new one. I sent an email about it, received no response. I called and left a voicemail, received no response. (1/3/23)So, the weekend goes by. I finally get an email saying they don't have any record of my order. A little back and forth and the lady says she'll look into it. Days pass, nothing. (1/9/23)I send another email but zero progress. I finally call and speak to the lady, who is sarcastic with me about wasting her time, when I'm being polite. She claimed she couldn't pull up anything with my latest order, which I don't buy. Name, phone number, email, nothing? Anyway, by this time I have the item and she said she won't be getting back to me that day, but someone will get back to me. Here we are 1/17/23, haven't heard a thing from them. As soon as I received the email about the holiday free shipping, I made several attempts to have my bill adjusted or order cancelled so I could square this away. If I would have received my receipt in the first place when I asked for it, all of this could have been avoided. I don't like being treated like a shmuck. For that matter, if I were to dispute the charge with my bank, I'm sure they would find my order very quickly. Terrible customer service, I am just irked. There has been zero effort to try and fix this. In lieu of the order # I never received, I provided the tracking info I have.

    last firm i will ever deal with - poor quality parts - worst customer - service in the industry - + getting worse over the years
