financed a vehicle on march 2nd, about 2 weeks after I started having problems. The car dealership told me I had a warranty. The finance office told me if I had any problems with the vehicle to take it back to the dealer. I saw no sold as is warranty in my paperwork due to signing. The car had something wrong while I was test driving, he put it in his shop. I drove again and it was better and quiet. The same rattling that was supposed to be fixed has started again. The breaks are also pushing back up at my feet. The car feels unsafe to drive. 2 weeks after purchased, it was really loud. The check engine light came on. Diagnosed spark plug, he got that changed at his shop. Check engine light still on. I fixed the loud nose on my own which was the flex pipe for $200. We supposed to discussed him repaying me. Now the maintenance light is on, I diagnosed, it's the catalytic converter. I texted him I call him he's not responding and totally ignoring me about everything.

Car purchased on Sept. 28 2022 with a $2000 down payment, I waited there for 2 hours they told me the car was coming from getting a oil change and a new tire. The car started to stall out as soon as I drove it off the lot. I bought it back to them the next day (Sept.29) and told ****** partner what was going on he took it for a ride and told me he didnt see or feel what I was talking about and told me to take it to the mechanic on ***************** (****** **** ******) I took it there (Sept.30) and told the mechanic what was going on he took the car and drove it around and told me he felt the car stalling out as if it wanted to come to a stop and told me bring it back that Tuesday (Oct.4) which I never got the chance to because of my work schedule and their closing time. The stalling out that it was doing eventually stopped but then i started to notice other things such as the horn not working as well as the break lights being out. Fast forward (Oct.31) car completely stopped running while I was on the highway and once I got it towed and checked out they told me it was from me driving the car without any oil which caused the engine to cease. My time with the car never did I see any engine lights on nor the oil change lights when I informed the dealer about what was goin on he told me it wasnt his problem and that the car was sold to me "as is."I have not made any payments as yet and the car is on their property which I now have to find away to move it as the dealer does not want it there.I am a young mother trying to work to support my child. I have no means of transportation and now responsible for making payments on a car with a dead engine. I may not get any of my money back but I must find another car now and do not want this to reflect on my credit as I was using the payments to be made to build my credit.PLEASE HELP!!
