First date of transaction was October of 2021. Afterwards work has been delayed by the contractor. Bathroom tiles he has installed are separated. Part of the new tub is also separated from the tiles and now leaking as well. Bathroom wall has not been painted well and paint marks are obvious. Bathroom door and ceiling is not painted yet although charged. Living room painting has marks, errors, pop ups and bubbles. Contractor agreed to fix the paint jobs and also finish painting bathroom ceiling and door. However when I called him and informed him that tiles he has just installed are falling a part, he stopped returning my calls. I left multiple voicemails and texted him. Urged him to finish and repair the work he has done. I have paid $5560 to this contractor. New contractors are now asking more funds for demolish and other work. Furthermore I have to pay for plumbing (for part of the work one more time), cleaning services and move during the repairs and work. Total amount to cover this work is $8620. For the whole expenses including the additional things caused I am requesting $10000 for settlement. Thank you,
