I had a leaking roof. I called a very well known roofer. I showed them (in the attic) exactly where it was leaking. They couldnt find it outside, had no idea where to look or how to fix. Big bill. Problem not solved. I then called Joyland. I showed **** where the leak was coming in the attic. He immediately found the problem outside. Fixed it quickly. Problem solved. We had our roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Joyland Roofing in December 2024. ***** ****** came out to do estimate and stayed my contact person through the whole install. We are very happy with our choice in Joyland Roofing and the 25 year workmanship warranty.Joyland Roofing, LLC

I had the most wonderful experience with Joyland Roofing! From start to finish they were so helpful and professional. ***** is the best! I got 4 estimates and he was the only one to address the masonry work where the shingles needed to be removed around my chimney and the overhang against the stone face of my house. He was also the only one to come inside and look in my attic. He was patient with me in choosing a color and made a second trip to show me more samples. The price was right in the middle of my other estimates but much lower than the highest estimate. And none of the other estimates included the masonry work.The team that did the work was professional and fast. It was done in a day and looks fantastic! The cleanup was amazing! Its like they were never there. In my 22 years of home ownership I have never had a more wonderful repair or improvement experience.Joyland Roofing, LLC

I had my roof replaced because it was over 20 years old. I from the moment I called Joyland, I was impressed with their customer service and expertise. It was my fear that a roofing company would leave me alone but ***** ****** answered my questions and kept in touch throughout the entire process. In fact, everyone with whom I interacted was very helpful and professional. The roofers worked quickly, protected my deck and property, and cleaned up the debris thoroughly. Fun fact: I live in a townhouse and essentially share the same roof with two other families and Joyland worked hard to get it scheduled all at once. And they completed the entire roof in one day! I used to look at it every day because I was worried about it but now I look at it every day because its so beautiful. Thanks to Joyland!Joyland Roofing, LLC

I was very impressed with the service Joyland provided when they replaced our roof and gutter guard. The workers were friendly, answered all my questions, and even helped me move my flower pots out of their way. They were hard working, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Our new roof looks great, and we are very pleased. ***** came out 2 days after the roof was put on and walked the roof to make sure everything was done correctly and well. After a tree fell on our roof and cupola, We called Joyland and I was very pleased with the level of expertise our salesman had. We were kept informed about scheduling and what all was involved. The crew that replaced the roof did an excellent job and completed everything in the same day. They went above and beyond by extending our vent pipe, eliminating a unnecessary roof vent and replacing 14 sheets of plywood. When they left at the end of the day, everything was completely cleaned up and they made several passes with the magnet just to be sure all nails were picked up. You may pay a little less, but you will get what you pay for. I would be confident recommending them to anyone.Joyland Roofing, LLC

*********************** is an excellent project manager. He initially gave me three estimates to choose from for my roofing project with detailed information about each of the estimates. Initially, he gave me a time of three weeks before the job would start but within 48 hours, I received a call from him saying that Joyland could start the job within the next 3 days! Perfect. The crew did an excellent job installing a brand new roof in ONE day. They cleaned up all around the property with no extraneous nails, shingles, etc. I highly recommend Joyland Roofing for your next roofing repair or replacement project!Joyland Roofing, LLC

We were pleased with the work that Joyland roofing performed for us. We had them re-shingle our house and shed roofs, replace the rubber roof over our back porch, install vents on the ridge and at the bottom edges of the house roof, re-point our chimney, and install gutter guards. The process was fairly easy with *********************** clearly explaining things and taking care of all my questions and concerns. ********************* did a good job in managing and communicating about the schedule throughout the process. The ***** and all the workers were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the variety of work that Joyland was able to perform on my house. I highly recommend them.Joyland Roofing, LLC
