      This trash company is the absolute worst option anyone can have. My trash sits here for 17 days at a time....wife calls to see when they plan to come, every day same answer....tomorrow.Well tomorrow must be different to some companies with pride, because tomorrow here is sometimes never. Hopefully enough complaints will force these inept apes running the place, out of leadership, so that any human with half a brain cell can properly map a route for drivers.Would never recommend for ANY service, they cant even pick the trash up,and thats their first job.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie to you every time you talk to them. They keep sending me bills and they owe ME money. This is supposed to be a trash service, but last year they started not picking up my trash. At one point, it was 7 weeks until they finally picked up my trash. They still owe me money for lack of services that I prepaid. I only wish I could leave a negative 5! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - they are horrible.

      We recently purchased a home. The prior owner used AJ Blosenski trash and recycling services and instructed us to leave the trash and recycling bins on the curb on the day of settlement as the company would come pick them up the next Wednesday. They did not. We called 3 times and each time the customer service rep said they pick up equipment on the upcoming Wednesday and have not. We offered to drop them off at their facility and were told that is not allowed. This company is not providing the services the prior owner paid for. I want to add our poor experience to the list of other poor reviews so others are warned about this company.

      ** used to be great. Then they were bought out by some big company in ** and completely dropped the ball. We have switched over to ************ and ** has been telling us since 7.5 that if we don't have our cans out for their pick up that they'll be giving us a $125 fine. We had them out - they never came. We contacted them. Said they were coming 8.1 to pick them up - another threatening $125 fine. Then we get a text that they're coming tomorrow. All the mean time last week there was a truck picking up the receptacles and we tried to get them to pick ours up and they said we weren't on the list. This company has gone SO down hill. I do not recommend them as a trash / recycling company if you can help it.

      Trash collection was timely and never missed pre-2022. Now, trash and recycling collection no longer occurs on schedule. In order for your trash to be taken you have to harass the office until they send a truck to your house. Sometimes it comes the same day after we call, others the next, most often than not doesn't even come until we call AGAIN. I thought it was just my neighborhood due to my house being located on a busy street, but from other reviews it's seems to be the entire SE ************ area. Previously they attempted to blame the problem on being understaffed, but it's clear it's due to poor management and a lack of care. My trash is piling up around my house is a health and safety hazard. Avoid this company at all cost.

      The management at A.J. Blosenski, **** is doing everything within their power to correct the service issues. The safety of our employees, customers and the public is our main priority. Due to this priority, we are experiencing a shortage of skilled drivers and helpers. Our in-house recruiter is aggressively hiring new drivers and helpers to resolve the problem.

      This company is the worst with providing basic services. They constantly miss pickups and you are stuck with trash piling up. They will frequently miss entire months of service but you still have to pay them

      The reason for the delayed collection(s) is because we are currently experiencing a shortage of skilled drivers and helpers and other factors which is affecting our ability to service some customers on their normal collection day. We make every effort to collect the trash and recycle the next day. However, if we miss the collection, we will be crediting your account. To correct the problem, our in-house recruiter is aggressively hiring new drivers and helpers.

      A. J. Blosenski company was fine until is was purchased by Waste Connections in 2022. Now they don't pick up trash - or in my case - there trash receptacles. I was a customer until early March this year, until I couldn't take their lacksidasical attitudes towards customer service. Then I moved service to another company. Blosenski was supposed to have picked up my bins a MONTH after the service was terminated. The workmen picked up one of two and let the other. I have called them no less than 6 times to get the other taken away, but am being put off and put off. Am planning to load the bin into my car tomorrow and drive and hour to dump at their headquarters.It's a SHAME what poor management can do to an otherwise good organization. ******************

      I am another "formerly happy customer" of A.J. Blosenski that is now "getting the proverbial shaft" from Waste Connections. Waste Connections cancelled my account in order not to honor the plastic trash bag stickers that were sold in bulk by A.J. Blosenski for many years. If there are other out there have this same problem they should create a posting here and inform the law firm that has counsel: Samuel M******. *******************************************************************

      Prior to the recent acquisition by another company AJ B******** was stellar in both service and customer service. Sadly, that is no longer the case. In Addition to the lack of service on numerous occasions, failing to answer the phone, being on hold for more than 40 minutes at a time, being disconnected, told pick-up is on one day then change it, and call it weather related when there was no weather incident, this company is poorly managed. There have been times where we've placed our container out and they never pick-up and never say why, then a day or two later they will send a note saying there is a delay and to put out container next day, but then they don't actually come the next day. Sometimes they don't even come the day after that. There have been times where they say the next day and never show up until the next actual pick-up day. With recycling that means they have left if for over 2 weeks since they decided to go to a bi-weekly pickup for recycles at the same price they were already charging. This is very bad management to tell the consumer they have a delay after the consumer already knows this and then they don't actually do their jobs anyway. This and much more has already been played over and over by all the customers who've had to deal with this company. I was told it was growing pains and to just hang on, so I did. I recalled the quality of the previous company and was fooled by this "growing pains' comment, however,... The current owners are CROOKS! In addition to the above issues, they have stolen money from me and will not return it. I have ALWAYS paid promptly despite their lack of service. Lack of space disallows for deeper explanation but shortened is they CANCELLED the service we were using with LESS than 30 days notice AFTER they took my money. In February I asked for a REFUND and now it's APRIL and they still haven't refunded!
