On August 17, I had received my first purchase of my manufactured home. Upon delivery of my manufactured home, one side got stuck in the ditch at my address (which I have pictures of my damaged home in ditch) and the second side of my home was stuck in a deep large ditch down the road at my neighbors residence and had to be pulled out by my neighbors back hoe. (Which my father and I encouraged not to turn around at that location and to turn around at 4 corners further down the road. Which I have several witnesses to prove of home being stuck at both locations) Ever since this house has been delivered, I have had all doors replaced due to water leaks, all windows replaced. I have bowed walls on both sides of the marriage lines. I have my floor separating at the marriage line. I have nails coming through my floor which my son ripped his sock and toe started to bleed. I had staples coming through the counter in bathroom in which my other son grabbed the counter to get off toilet and cut and scratched his arm. I have a severe electrical issue with the electricity on one side of my house and not ********* Homes or Champion Homes cared to address. I have major water leaks in the ceiling of hallway into my laundry room with my furnace going into my master bathroom and down my walls. I have been living in this house for little over a year and have a 30 year mortgage on this house which I feel will only last for 5 years if not even that long. Within this year to have continuing issues with home, I request for ********* Homes and Champion Homes to buy back my damaged house along with expenses accrued within reason. Since the home was damaged upon delivery, I feel that this house is the responsibility for ********* Homes and Champion Homes to purchase and return and reimburse for damaged manufactured home with due diligence. MY FAMILY NO LONGER FEEL SAFE IN THIS HOUSE DUE TO ELECTRICAL ISSUES, WATER LEAKS AND HOUSE SEPARATING AT MARRIAGE LINE AMONGST OTHER VARIOUS THINGS.

Champion Homes has been out to the customer's location 9 times to address her concerns. The home has been out of warranty since September of 2022 and we continue to provide support to try and address her concerns. We currently have a 10th work order opened to travel back to the home. Every time a crew is onsite there is a representative that the customer has choose with them to make sure requested repairs are being completed. WE have looked into the electrical issue that the homeowner is concerned with and found nothing to suggest faulty wiring or electrical issue. The home is running on a 100amp circuit instead the 200-amp circuit it was built for. Customer needs to have the electric company come back out and hook up the house correctly. The water leaks were assessed once already and will be assessed again during the final work order.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: This house was damaged upon delivery. I have given you all the benefit of the doubt along with promises that everything was going to be ok. ****** stating that she was going to offer a settlement for my walls and no action. No exception at this point regarding the continuing issues with a house that is over a little year old that I have been living in it. I did not purchase the house with bowed walls, water leaks, crooked windows, cuts in the flooring upon manufacturing and electrical issues. No one has come to look at the electrical issues or document them or advised me beside ****. Every time **** comes and looks at things, telling me that my vacuum cleaner and printer draws alot of electricity which I find that comment disturbing. Everything that was said to me regarding the initial water leak in my living room, **** tells me that there was not a water leak in that area when I clearly live in the house and seen it happen. What did the employee do, cover it up with paint. If the house was manufactured upon me ordering the 200 amp electrical conduit then my electrician would have set up that electrical unit capability based on my order. The house did not have it when it was delivered to my house amongst the walk in closet I ordered, the cupboards going to the ceiling and so much more. My electrician set it up accordingly and provided an outside box to provide services to my home. Instead I had someone from your facility come into my home several months after to put in the conduits and left my wall a mess. Second I have requested several times for documentation for all the repairs and your employees were supposed to stay and walk me through the house once repairs were completed to inspect and that was not done. Then I find things that you repaired damaged and more damaged which I have pictures of from when I bought the home the damaged pieces and now the more damaged pieces and several witnesses regarding the house being stuck and damaged upon arrival which the house should have been returned to your Facility with due diligence based of the value of your homes and delivering a home that is fully operable in all aspects. My family once again do not feel safe in this house no longer with electrical issues, with the nails coming through the floor (caused personal injury), staples (personal injury to my son's) and now water damage where my hall way is and in laundry room where the furnace is placed. Regarding the Warranty I was not given the warranty paperwork at the time of closing. I just received it just recently upon my request.

My name is *************************** and I filed the complaints above in regards to my manufactured home that I purchased in 2021 from Homestead Homes and Champion Homes. I am inquiring to see what is the next step within this process? I have emailed Champion Homes (*****************) yesterday, February 14, 2023 because the water leaks are spreading from hallway, to laundry room where my furnace is (now making noises and not running properly) and  water leaks in my master bedroom and master bathroom. My floor is coming up and separating at the marriage line from my master bedroom to my living room living a bump in my floor all the way down. My cupboards are separating from my walls and I am afraid that it may fall and land on one of my little boys. I also stressed my concerns of multiple regarding the electrical issue on one side of my house, I went to go plug in a night light in my kids room and a spark came out of outlet. I am scared to live in my house due to water leaks by furnace and continuing electrical issues. Both of my boys have autism and scared that they may try to plug in a cord to electrical device and get electrocuted. They have already been hurt in this house from nails in floors, staples from counter top in bathroom. I am in desperate need of help. This house was damaged upon delivery with witnesses for both sides of my house being stuck at two different locations and was promised by the owner of ********* Homes that my house would be fine and be brand new as I bought it and its not. I have nothing but problems with this house. I am literally paying a mortgage payment each month for bowed walls, crooked windows, water leaks and electrical issues, now studs coming through my walls and so much more. I have cracks that look like valleys through out my house. I should not have to endure all these issues when the house is brand new and built upon my purchase not to mention it being stuck in my ditch in front of my property and down at my neighbors and getting pulled out by a backhoe. I just want them to buy their damaged house back. What will it take? For someone to get really hurt or a house fire and have a liability for them to consider? I am a concerned parent and homeowner. I never expected this to happen but I dont feel that I should have to live this way. So any information will be helpful. I cannot find an attorney to represent me for a defective manufactured home nor does anyone practices law for issues for this type of situation.  This was my last resort to file this claim.

House arrived with extensive damage on August 31, 2022. There is a methane gas smell throughout the house and we've been waiting for over a month for approval from champion to have this fixed. This is a major health Hazzard and should have immediately been addressed. They still have not reimbursed us for having to have the new furnace fixed. Nobody will pick up the phone or return calls. We can't shut our windows or doors properly because nothing lines up. The breeze and heat pouring out of them is already proving to be a huge problem. Our glass shower arrived shattered and still is still broken so we're not able to use it and it's now November. When the inspector came he said he'd never seen so much damage. The craftsmanship and quality control are deplorable! There isn't enough room to add all the problems, but the methane gas poses serious health risk to our family and nobody is trying to help resolve the problem. Next plan of action is a lawyer.

I purchased a mobile home on 10/8/21 through *************** in Rehoboth Beach De, manufactured by Champion Homes. I have had ongoing issues with the home, most importantly the HVAC system and they're not working quickly to get it resolved. The house is unable to cool and maintain a comfortable temperature during the day. Unit runs incessantly without results. They have had the ductwork replaced in May due to issues with it, the HVAC pan was cracked, caused water & mold damage to the drywall (awaiting drywall repair), they were out this week to reconnect the plenum, unit still not able to keep the home cool during the day. Not receiving a quick response or resolution to this as every time someone has to come out it is weeks or months until they come out to do the repairs. I still have outstanding issues noted upon move in, nearly 10 months later. I have been very understanding and patient, but at this point without the central air operating properly, it is not enjoyable or comfortable to use the house. Email chain pertaining to the most recent (not cooling/maintaining temperature) HVAC issue attached.
